A brand new (October 2017) ABI Horizon Deluxe, 36ft x 12ft caravan to let on Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Sandy Bay, which offers 3 bedrooms (2 twin, 1 double) and sleeps 8.
The caravan has a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, along with an additional toilet with basin.
The open plan kitchen area is within the heart of the caravan and includes a full gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils.
The living area there is dining table with seating, a gas fire, TV with built in DVD player and Freeview, and lots of seating in the window. Within the seating there is a double-pull out sofa bed, along with a beautiful sea views.
Outside the caravan we have a patio area with a wooden table bench
Included in the rental price is electricity, gas, water and all linen.

Passes for entertainment are NOT included and must be purchased from the site directly.
The entertainment complex is an approximate 10 minute walk from the caravan.
A Deposit will be required of £50 for any damages - this will be returned to you at the end of the holiday if all is ok.
Deposit of £50 (non-refundable) on booking and final balance must be received 8 weeks in advance of arrival date *
If payment is not received by the date the holiday will be void.
Any holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require the full payment.
If the booking should be cancelled and we manage to re-let for those dates then we will be able to return your deposit.
