Caravan Description

We have a three bedroom ABI Horizon caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, sited in Apple Grove, which is just 100m from the beach and approximately 6 minutes from the entertainment complex/swimming pool etc.

Our caravan is in a great location and boasts a sea view.

There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a bunk bed room. The caravan can sleep up to 8 people, using the sofa bed in the lounge. We also have two toilets.

The caravan is a basic model a great place to stay if you want to explore the surrounding area and have a great base. There is no central heating, but a sufficient fire and additional heaters if required.

We have a lot of additional home comforts, including an air fryer, games console, family games and DVDs to keep the kids entertained.

New for 2025 we will be including FREE Wi-Fi in our pet friendly caravan at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

We also supply the basics, including washing up liquid, disposable cloths, cleaning equipment etc. to help keep the caravan clean and tidy.

Tea, coffee and other condiments will also be available to use when available.

Bookings & Conditions

Holidays can be booked for 3, 4 or 7 nights - published prices are for 3 and 4 nights, with 7 nights over summer holidays included. If you require a longer period or 7 night price not on the availability list, please message me.

The advertised prices DO NOT include passes.

Once your holiday is booked, we will register your holiday with Haven and they will then send you an email with the option to purchase entertainment passes. It is completely optional and not compulsory.

If you chose to purchase the passes, they are available direct from Haven. You can book swimming and entertainment up to 12 weeks before you arrive, as long as your holiday has been paid for in full.

You cannot access the swimming and entertainment without passes. However, you can still access the arcades, food halls, restaurants, soft play area, multi-sports area, multiple outside play areas and the beautiful Blue Flag beach without them. You can also buy on site activities from the huts on the day if available, should you not wish to buy passes.

A refundable £100 security deposit is also required the day before arrival and is usually refunded within 48 hours once checks have been made.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure your date with the balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date then it must be paid in full when booked.
If the balance is not paid by the due date, and all reasonable attempts have been made to contact you, then we will assume it has been cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
A £100 security deposit is payable anytime up to the day of arrival – once paid, you will be given the key code for the caravan. This is refundable upon inspection within 7 days if satisfactory - Any breakages/damages or missing items will be chargeable from this deposit.

Accommodation
We will only accept bookings if you are 21 years and over. The person making the booking is responsible for all members of your party including visitors. Couples / families only accepted.

All bookings made are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

The hirer has an obligation to abide by our conditions of booking which is essential for the enjoyment of others on the park and for good management.
Haven play passes are NOT included in the price of the caravan hire – you will need to purchase these if you want to use Haven’s entertainment and these can be purchased directly from Haven.

Quilts and pillows are provided but you will be required to bring your own bed linen (sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases). We can provide bed linen with beds made on arrival for an additional cost of £20 for your stay – please let us know if this is something you would like and we will arrange. Towels can also be supplied at an additional cost of £20 and will consist of one bath towel and a hand towel for each person.

Extras that are included:
Air fryer – please make sure this is cleaned after every use.
Children’s crockery and cutlery.
Selection of DVD’s and Games.
Please ensure that any WIFI, electricals in the back of the TV, extension leads are not removed or disconnected as this can cause a problem with the WIFI connection.
We do also provide some cleaning equipment – please feel free to use this and do not remove from the accommodation. We do not take any responsibility for misuse of this equipment or any allergic reactions. It is provided for your convenience but if you want to use your own please bring with you.
NOTE: If you have any issues with the facilities/services provided by Haven at Devon Cliffs, please address this with them direct as we cannot be held responsible for their site.

General Booking Conditions
1. The only persons allowed in the accommodation (caravan) are the persons named on the booking form.
2. If you need to make a change to your booking, please inform us as soon as possible so we can register any changes with Haven.
3. You are responsible for any breakages or shortages. It is advisable to check and report any shortages or damages on arrival as you could be held responsible for payment. Please notify us of any breakages that occur during your stay so we can do our best to rectify if required. Please note: we are aware that accidents do happen and things get broken so please let us know asap.
4. Children must not be left alone
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Strictly, no smoking or vaping in any accommodation. No candles are to be used in the caravan unless battery powered.
7. We do have an allocated disabled car parking space that you can use if appropriate, otherwise there are several parking spaces available. You must observe the speed limit on the park.
8. We cannot take any responsibility for any damage to your own private property, theft or accident to any person, however caused while staying on the park.
9. Check-in is from 3pm.
10. You must vacate the accommodation by 10am and the following should be done before leaving:
a. It should be left clean and tidy, and any rubbish should be placed in a bin in the communal bin sheds around the park.
b. Cigarette ends are to be disposed of and please empty ash trays if used.
c. Please remove any food and drink left as this will be chargeable if left.
d. Keys are placed back into the key safe.
e. All beds to be stripped and bedding placed in the bag provided. If bedding not used, please leave on the unused beds.
12. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason expressed or otherwise.
13. We reserve the right to evict anyone causing a nuisance or damage without refund.
14. All persons staying on the park must always conduct themselves with due regard to the enjoyment and comfort to others and we cannot be held responsible if you are removed from the park by Haven.
Our service to you
We do all we can to ensure your stay in our holiday home is an enjoyable one. However, occasionally problems do occur and if they do or you have any concerns, we will try to rectify the problem to the best of our ability as soon as possible.
1. We reserve the right to enter any accommodation at any reasonable time for the purpose of checking conditions, or repairs or emergency.
2. We cannot accept responsibility for the breakdown or malfunction of any equipment, but we will endeavour to do our best to repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible.
3. If we must cancel your booking for any reason out of our control you will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking six week prior (or less) to your holiday date, we do not offer a refund unless we are able to re-sell the dates cancelled with any short fall being deducted from the payments received. at least 14 We would consider transferring your booking to a later date but this could incur additional costs due to the time in the season. If you need to cut short your stay after it has commenced, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
NB: You are strongly advised to obtain holiday cancellation insurance.
We will not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by an event outside of our control. An event outside of our control means any act or event that is beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation severe weather event, drought, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications.
The £100 security deposit is refundable after inspection of the van. If there are any cleaning issues/breakages or missing items you will be informed prior to being charged which will come from this deposit.
