Caravan Description
Our double glazed 3 bedroom family holiday caravan for hire at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is located in the popular Karo Place area and offers comfortable family-friendly self-catering accommodation with stunning sea views.
Accommodation
This spacious 3-bedroom holiday caravan is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing UK seaside holiday on one of Devon’s most popular Haven holiday parks.
The caravan includes:
1 double bedroom
1 twin bedroom
1 bunk bedroom (with space for the supplied travel cot)
There is also a double pull-out occasional bed in the lounge, allowing additional sleeping space if required.
Bathrooms & Heating
The caravan benefits from two toilets, with the main bathroom featuring a large shower and panel heater for extra comfort.
A gas fire in the living area and blow heaters in the bedrooms keep the caravan warm and cosy during cooler evenings.
Outdoor Space
Step outside onto the front decking area with beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Devon coast. Patio furniture is provided, making it ideal for outdoor dining.
There is also a side patio area with a picnic bench, where guests are welcome to enjoy a BBQ during their stay. Parking is conveniently available directly opposite the caravan.

To make your stay more comfortable, the caravan includes several useful home-from-home amenities, such as:

Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring their own duvet covers, pillowcases and top sheet, or bedding can be hired directly from Haven Holidays.
Important Information
No pets allowed
No smoking inside the caravan
No single-sex groups, stag or hen parties
Booking Information
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total holiday balance, which is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
A £50 refundable security deposit is also required to cover any potential damage, loss, breakages, or excessive cleaning. Once the caravan has been inspected after departure and everything is in order, the deposit will be fully returned.
Terms & Conditions
No smoking, No youth groups. No dogs . No Ev charging.Dates can be secured with a non - refundable £50 deposit.
This is taken off final balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday dates.
A refundable security bond of £100 is payable with the final holiday balance.
This is returned as soon as caravan has been checked over .
