Caravan Description

Our 13’ x 40’ Platinum grade, luxury accommodation sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Channel View is located on Cherry Park, which is a quieter, elevated area of Haven Devon Cliffs, away from the hustle and bustle, with the beach and main facilities less than a 10 minute walk away.

A key feature of this premium caravan is the large wraparound decking with wonderful views of the Jurassic Coast and English Channel. Sitting out here at the table and chairs does wonders for the soul!

Enjoy the benefits of booking a privately owned caravan. You know exactly what your caravan will be like and where you’ll be situated on the Park. Plus, no queuing for keys - just drive straight to the caravan and collect your key from the key box.

Upon entering, a large entrance hallway has the added benefit of shoe storage and coat hooks.

The lounge features a comfortable sofa (including sofa bed), an armchair, coffee table, electric fire, large TV/DVD player and patio doors leading out to the decking. There are DVDs, books and games to keep the little ones amused on rainy days too. The built-in Bluetooth radio provides music from the internal speakers.

The well-equipped, luxury kitchen offers an integrated cooker and grill; five ring gas hob; full size fridge freezer; washing machine; dishwasher and ample cupboard space. You will also find an air fryer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, along with a dining table and seating.

The main double bedroom with en-suite, includes wardrobe storage and a wall-mounted TV.

The first twin bedroom has full size single beds, a wall-mounted TV and wardrobe, while the second twin bedroom has smaller single beds and a wardrobe.

The bathroom consists of a large shower with luxury fittings.

Private parking is available on the tarmac driveway next to the caravan.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -PLEASE READ!

1a. All bookings are subject to a £100 refundable damages deposit.
1b. The deposit will secure your booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the balance is not paid by 3 weeks prior to the start of your holiday the deposit will be forfeited and the holiday dates will be released.
1c. Any cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday will receive a full refund of any money paid.
1d. Any cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the start of your holiday will receive the deposit and cleaning fee back and 50% of the holiday cost.
1e. Any cancellation within 2 weeks of your holiday will receive the deposit and cleaning fee back but will forfeit the holiday cost.

2. Bookings can be for 3, 4 or 7 nights commencing Mondays or Fridays. All bookings of 3 or 4 nights are subject to an additional £35 cleaning fee.

3. I would like to offer a 5% discount to Blue Light Card holders. Please contact me prior to booking if you believe you qualify (terms and conditions apply).

4. This is NOT a pet or smoke friendly home due to family allergies.

5. Bed linen is NOT included in the rental price. Please bring your own bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases. If you would like linen to be provided with beds to be made up for your arrival, I am happy to arrange this for a small additional charge – please let me know during the booking process if you would like this option.

6. Towels are NOT provided.

7. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere inside or on the decking. Any evidence of these will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit in its entirety:
- Charging electric vehicles
- Pets
- Smoking
- BBQs
