Welcome to our lovely large 3 bedroom, pet friendly van, for hire on the wonderful Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, one of the largest holiday parks in the UK.

Devon Cliffs is situated just outside the beautiful seaside town of Exmouth, but with regular bus links directly from the park to the beach and town.

Internally, there is a large lounge diner, a well-equipped separate kitchen, one master double bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower room, two twin bedrooms, and a main bathroom with bath and shower.

The internal dining area offers a large table with 6 chairs and a convenient sliding patio door next to it, to allow a lovely sea breeze in during the warmer months.

The lounge area features a very comfy large free-standing sofa, a large armchair, a large cushioned footstool with storage, side tables, a large flat screen TV and a Wii with controllers and games.

The caravan also features double glazing (plus an electric fire for the colder months) and central heating, which also features throughout the property.

Sliding patio doors open from the lounge onto the large decking, giving lovely views of the sea and towards the beach cafe and beach access, both of which are just a stone's throw away. There is a variety of patio furniture for you to sit out and enjoy alfresco dining, or laze in the sunshine, whilst taking in the stunning sea views.

There is also a good sized grassy area in front of the decking, for children to play on or to BBQ on. There is plenty of parking nearby, including spaces right next to the van.

The well designed kitchen area has lots of cupboard space and is fully equipped with everything you might need for your holiday, including a washing machine, full sized integrated fridge freezer, oven, grill, 4 ring hob with extractor fan. There is also a toaster and kettle for you to use. Tea towels, cloths, surface spray and washing up liquid are supplied for your convenience.

There are 3 bedrooms, (1 double and 2 twins), with beds made up ready for your arrival. The main bedroom features lots of cupboard space, a 32” TV, ample dressing space and a lovely en-suite toilet and shower room.

The twin bedrooms each have two single beds in (which can be made up into doubles), a wardrobe, drawers and overhead cupboards.

Private Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost.

We also have 2 other properties on the site - a beautiful 2 bed front row mini-lodge, that sleeps 6, and a lovely 2 bed front row caravan, both with uninterrupted sea views and large deckings. These 2 properties are just 8 vans away from each other and can be rented together or separately.



Terms & Conditions

Please note that unfortunately this property is not wheelchair friendly.

Park passes are NOT included in the rental price, but they can be purchased directly through Haven’s on your arrival.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% will be required at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance can be paid any time from booking, up until 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please note that the lodge will be re-advertised if you haven’t paid in full by this time, and the booking deposit will not be refunded.

An accidental damage deposit of £150 is also applicable, which will be fully refunded at the end of your holiday, assuming there is no damage, and the lodge is returned clean and tidy. This can also be paid any time from booking, up until 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Terms & Conditions

20% of the rental cost will be required when booking, with the other 80% + £125 ADD (Accidental Damage Deposit) required up to 12 weeks before the holiday start date. If you book the holiday within those 12 weeks, you are required to pay the full amount when booking. If this is unaffordable to do, please do reach out to me to ask about payment options, as this is also a possibility :)

Your ADD will usually be refunded within 24-48 hours of you leaving the property, assuming that nothing has been broken or damaged. Please be upfront about any damage or breakages during your stay, as I can be fairly lenient ;)

Well behaved pets are more than welcome to join you on your holiday, but please do not let them go on sofas or beds, unless you have provided your own blankets to lay down on the furniture first. If you use my blankets for your pets, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit, before return, as they may be needed by the following guests.
