Situated in the highly sought-after, premium Rowan Meadow area, our caravan offers the perfect balance of panoramic coastal views, fresh sea air, and peaceful surroundings, while remaining just a flat, easy walk from all the main park action.

As fully verified private owners, we are happy to chat on the phone or provide proof of ownership to give you complete peace of mind before booking.

All-Weather Comfort: Fully double-glazed and centrally heated, ensuring a warm, cosy stay whether you are visiting for peak summer sun or a quiet spring/autumn coastal break.The Living Space: An open-plan, light-filled lounge featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and front doors that open up to catch the sea breeze.The Veranda / Decking: Fully enclosed side and front decking equipped with outdoor furniture. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while looking out at the sea, and provides a completely safe, secure space for young children to step outside.Kitchen & Bedrooms: A fully equipped modern kitchen (with a large fridge-freezer, microwave, and cooker), a spacious master bedroom, and two comfortable twin rooms—perfectly sleeping up to 6 guests.

You won't have late-night foot traffic cutting past your windows, yet you are just a 5 to 7-minute stroll to the main entertainment complex, indoor/outdoor pools, and the path leading down to the sandy South Beach.

💳 How to Book

• We offer flexible short breaks (Friday–Monday or Monday–Friday) as well as full-week holidays.
• A £100 refundable security deposit is required immediately to secure your dates. This deposit is fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, following a successful cleanliness and damage inspection.
• The remaining holiday balance is due 6 weeks before your stay.

📋 Important Booking Terms & House Rules

To maintain our exceptionally high standards for every family, we strictly enforce the following:

Minimum Stay: We operate a strict minimum stay of 3 nights.Strictly No Pets and No Smoking/Vaping inside the caravan.No BBQs are permitted on the decked area for fire safety.Lead Booker must be 21 or older. We welcome families but cannot accept large single-sex groups (stag/hen parties) in line with park rules.Haven Play Passes: Please note that passes for the pools and entertainment complexes are not included in the rental price and must be purchased by guests directly from Haven before arrival.
