Lodge Description

This is a brand new, 3 bedroom lodge to hire at Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, it is situated in the quiet, private part of the park at Ocean View. This pitch will provide you with peace and quiet to relax as well as being within a comfortable, short walk to the complex. This is gold graded accommodation.

Fully double-glazed and centrally heated lodge with complimentary Wi-Fi, full wrap around veranda, which overlooks the beautiful sea, around the front and side of the lodge. We have private parking on the drive directly outside the lodge, the drive is big enough for 2/3 cars.

As you walk into the lodge you are welcomed by an open space for you to take your shoes off and place them in the shoe cupboard just by the door and place your coats on the hooks ready to unwind in comfort.

Kitchen - A full size kitchen that has been furnished to a high standard includes a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-ring hob, cooker, extractor fan, dishwasher and plenty of worktop space. In the dining area there is a free-standing table and four chairs.

Lounge – There is a comfy corner sofa, which folds out to become a sofa bed, that is very comfy to just sit back and relax on, flat screen TV, coffee table, a wood burner effect electric fire, and a radiator. The sea views can be enjoyed from here out of the patio doors, so even on rainy days that view will be there waiting for you.

Bedrooms – This lodge has a main double bedroom, with an ensuite and two twin bedrooms, the beds can be pushed together to create double beds. The beds in one of the twin rooms are slightly bigger than standard size single beds for added comfort. The lodge sleeps 8 in total including the use of the sofa bed. There is a hairdryer in the main bedroom for your convenience as well as a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table.

All bedrooms are complete with duvets and pillows. There are extra duvet and pillows provided for the use of the sofa bed if needed. Please remember to bring your own bed linen as this is not provided.

Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet, and wash basin. It is very spacious with storage, heated towel rail and a mirror.

Veranda – The gated, wraparound veranda is longer and wider than an average wraparound veranda, due to it being extended, with a table, sofa and chairs to enjoy the sea views.




Please Note: The prices listed are for accommodation ONLY. They DO NOT include Haven entertainment passes. These need to be purchased from Haven separately, if you require them.


A security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, which will usually be refunded 48 hours after your departure, if the lodge has been left clean and with no damages.

We DO NOT accept pets at the lodge.
The lodge AND veranda are strictly NO smoking OR vaping!

You will need to bring your own towels, tea towels, dishcloths etc.

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY INFORMATION
Please keep these T&Cs with you during your stay as they contain important information.

These Terms & Conditions are here to protect the rights of the Caravan Owner,
Agent and all the Guests. Please read them very carefully,
as you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

Before your Holiday:



The holiday is for the persons named on the booking form. Only those named on the booking form will be allowed in the caravan. This means that if you have to cancel you cannot sell the holiday to someone else. They may sue you when they are not allowed into the caravan.


If you have to cancel your holiday – If you cannot pay the deposit or balance of the holiday, or you are unable to honour the booking for any reason whatsoever, then please contact the owner immediately. This will give them more chance to re-sell the dates and will save them having to keep chasing you. They may even be able to offer payment by instalments if you require help spreading the cost. You may need to claim on your insurance in order to obtain a refund of any monies paid.




Arriving at the Caravan:

Access to the Caravan – On arrival at the caravan on the date and time agreed you will be contacted by us to inform you of the key safe number to gain access.

Checking the caravan when you gain access – If you find anything wrong please contact the owner immediately. This will protect you if things are found after you leave that you knew about.
If anything is damaged during your stay please contact the owner immediately so that they can arrange repair before

Keep the Caravan safe and secure – You have a responsibility to leave the caravan as you first find it. Prior to your stay the caravan should have been thoroughly cleaned. Always ensure that doors and windows are locked when you are not in the caravan.

Use of utilities – These are provided FREE FOR FAIR USE ONLY. In the event of excessive use of either Gas and/or Electricity you could face additional charges.
If you are not sure if you may be likely to use a lot of Electricity or need new gas bottles then contact the owner immediately. Take care when the weather is cold, not to keep heating on when unattended or when rooms have reached a comfortable temperature.

Do not wear stilettos – on any areas of soft lino as this will damage it and you will be charged for the replacement costs

● PLASTICINE and other clay type products
● BB GUNS and other weapon type items that could cause damage or injury



You must contact the owner immediately
● If you have a problem with anything in the caravan.
● If anything is Broken or Damaged during your stay, as the owner may be able to arrange repair or replacement during your stay. You may be charged for repairs or replacement.
● Site issues must be dealt with by the Site Office Staff, not the caravan owner. This may include resetting the Electric, for which you may be charged.

The End of your Holiday:

Leave the caravan safe and secure – Prior to leaving the caravan please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place, that all kitchen surfaces and caravan tables have been wiped clean, bins have been emptied as instructed, the floors have been left clear of mess.
The caravan should be left in the state you found it so that the cleaners don’t have to spend extra time and delay the next guests.

Failure to keep the caravan clean and tidy will result in the loss of your deposit.
Do not steal any property from the caravan or you will be charged and may face prosecution.
All doors and windows must be closed when you leave the caravan. Failure to do this risks the security of the caravan and the deposit may be withheld.
The owners/cleaners will take photographs of any mess or damage they find. Please respect their property.

Do not leave later than the agreed departure time – You will be fined if you leave late as access is required by cleaners and the next guests may suffer delays in starting their holiday, for which they will expect compensation.

Leaving the caravan before the agreed departure time – If you leave the caravan before the departure date you will not be compensated unless this is due, in whole or in part, to the caravan owner being unable to provide the advertised holiday.







Damage to the caravan or its contents, or the requirement of additional cleaning due excess mess WILL result in loss of full or partial deposit and may result in small claims court action to recover additional charges and replacement costs.
