Caravan Description

Our caravan is a Horizon Executive with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa with beautiful sea views. There is a Smart TV, allowing you to access your favourite apps, as well as a DVD player and a selection of DVDs and games for your entertainment. A dining table with additional seating is also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes extras such as an air fryer and a fridge/freezer. A selection of condiments is available for your use, along with cleaning supplies. We also provide a small ironing board and iron.

The caravan has a separate toilet, as well as a second toilet within the shower room.

Duvets and pillows are provided; however, guests will need to bring their own bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. Tea towels, bath towels, and bath mats are not provided.

We can arrange for bed linen to be supplied and the beds made up before your arrival for an additional cost of £20. Towels can also be provided for an additional £20, which includes one bath towel and one hand towel per person. Please let us know at least two weeks before your arrival if you require either the bedding or towel package so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

There is no designated parking space for the caravan, but several parking spaces are available nearby. The caravan is not equipped for electric vehicle charging, so please use the site's designated charging points. Any guests found charging vehicles from the caravan's electricity supply will be reported to site security, and their security deposit may be withheld.

Outside, there is a patio area with furniture available for your use.

Access to the caravan is via a key safe, and the code will be provided once the security deposit has been received.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions - Static Holiday Caravan Hire
Your agreement is with Coastal Haven Holiday Home and any reference to ‘us`, ‘we`, and ‘our` in these terms and conditions are to this entity. References to ‘you` are to the person making this booking and members of your party where applicable.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure your date with the balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date then it must be paid in full when booked.
Payments can be paid in instalments at no extra cost.
If the balance is not paid by the due date, and all reasonable attempts have been made to contact you, then we will assume it has been cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
A £100 security deposit is payable the day before arrival – once paid, you will be given the key code for the caravan. This is refundable upon inspection within 7 days if satisfactory - Any breakages/damages or missing items will be chargeable from this deposit.

Accommodation
We will only accept bookings if you are 21 years and over. The person making the booking is responsible for all members of your party including visitors. Couples / families only accepted.
All bookings made are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
The hirer has an obligation to abide by our conditions of booking which is essential for the enjoyment of others on the park and for good management.
Haven play passes are NOT included in the price of the caravan hire – you will need to purchase these if you want to use Haven’s entertainment and these can be purchased directly from Haven.
Quilts and pillows are provided but you will be required to bring your own bed linen (sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases). We can provide bed linen with beds made on arrival for an additional cost of £20 for your stay – please let us know if this is something you would like and we will arrange. Towels can also be supplied at an additional cost of £20 and will consist of one bath towel and a hand towel for each person.

Cupboard essentials/basics
We do also provide some cleaning equipment – please feel free to use this and do not remove from the accommodation. We do not take any responsibility for misuse of this equipment or any allergic reactions. It is provided for your convenience but if you want to use your own please bring with you.
NOTE: If you have any issues with the facilities/services provided by Haven at Devon Cliffs, please address this with them direct as we cannot be held responsible for their site.

General Booking Conditions
1. The only persons allowed in the accommodation (caravan) are the persons named on the booking form.
2. If you need to make a change to your booking, please inform us as soon as possible so we can register any changes with Haven.
3. You are responsible for any breakages or shortages that occur when occupying the accommodation but please don’t worry, we know that accidents occur occasionally, resulting in damage and we would not charge for simple one-off crockery breakages. But we kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know asap so we can do our best to rectify for the next guests. It is advisable to check and report any shortages or damages on arrival as you could be held responsible for payment if reported after you have left the accommodation.
4. Children must not be left alone.
5. Pets are permitted to stay but please check out the list of banned breeds from Haven.
6. Strictly, no smoking or vaping in any accommodation. No candles are to be used in the caravan unless battery powered.
7. We do not have allocated parking – you can park in any available parking area around the location of the van – please do not park on the grass. You must observe the speed limit on the park.
8. We cannot take any responsibility for any damage to your own private property, theft or accident to any person, however caused while staying on the park.
9. Check-in is from 3pm.
10. You must vacate the accommodation by 10am and the following should be done before leaving:
a. It should be left clean and tidy, and any rubbish should be placed in a bin in the communal bin sheds around the park.
b. Cigarette ends are to be disposed of and please empty ash trays if used.
c. Please remove any food and drink left as this will be chargeable if left.
d. Keys are placed back into the key safe.
e. All beds to be stripped and bedding placed in the bag provided. If bedding not used, please leave on the unused beds.
12. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason expressed or otherwise.
13. We reserve the right to evict anyone causing a nuisance or damage without refund.
14. All persons staying on the park must always conduct themselves with due regard to the enjoyment and comfort to others and we cannot be held responsible if you are removed from the park by Haven.
Our service to you
We do all we can to ensure your stay in our holiday home is an enjoyable one. However, occasionally problems do occur and if they do or you have any concerns, we will try to rectify the problem to the best of our ability as soon as possible.
1. We reserve the right to enter any accommodation at any reasonable time for the purpose of checking conditions, or repairs or emergency.
2. We cannot accept responsibility for the breakdown or malfunction of any equipment, but we will endeavour to do our best to repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible.
3. If we must cancel your booking for any reason out of our control you will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking six week prior (or less) to your holiday date, we do not offer a refund. We would consider transferring your booking to a later date but this could incur additional costs due to the time in the season. If we are able to take another booking for your cancellation period, we will consider a refund, deducting the difference in price. If you need to cut short your stay after it has commenced, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
NB: You are strongly advised to obtain holiday cancellation insurance.
We will not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by an event outside of our control. An event outside of our control means any act or event that is beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation severe weather event, drought, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications.
The £100 security deposit is refundable after inspection of the van. If there are any cleaning issues/breakages or missing items you will be informed prior to being charged which will come from this deposit.
