Caravan Description
Welcome to our lovely family-owned holiday home on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Our holiday home is located on The Spruces, a beautiful spot with lovely sea views just a few minutes from the main complex.
Our spacious 35ft x 12ft, 6 Berth, 2 bedroom, pet friendly caravan sits in a beautiful spot offering lovely sea views and just a few minutes from the main complex and swimming pools, and around a 10 minute stroll from the beach and beach bar/restaurant.
Private parking is available directly outside the caravan and there is also an open field very nearby and cliff top views.
Our home comes complete with everything you will need for your holiday stay here at Devon Cliffs. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, full gas oven with hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge area offers a large L shaped sofa, with a sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix and a stand-alone DVD player, along with DVDs, books and board games for all guests to enjoy. There’s also an electric fire to supplement the full gas central heating for the cooler evenings. The dining area has a table and stools.
Wi-Fi is included in your stay.
The caravan has a main double bedroom with Smart TV/DVD and an en-suite toilet with hand basin, along with a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds.
The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and was basin.
Outside on the gated side decking, there are chairs and a small table. Being gated, it’s nice and secure for the children or dog.
For our guests’ convenience, we also provide a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, travel cot, bed guard, hoover, mop, dustpan/brush and plenty of cleaning products under the sink, all at no extra cost.
Bookings & Conditions
We offer 3, 4, 7, 10 and 14 night breaks, all begin and end on either Monday, Friday or Saturdays. So, Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday and Saturday to Saturday. During peak season, we accept weekly bookings only.
Pet Friendly. This is limited to small, very well-behaved dogs only.
A £75 Non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking or full price if less than 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
A £150 refundable security bond will also be required, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything is found in good, clean condition with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
NO groups allowed, i.e. Stag/Hen parties OR rugby/football tours.
Same sex couples/families are welcome.
