Welcome to Shoreline Retreat, our pet friendly caravan on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, situated on Beech Walk, just a 3 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from the main complex.
Your perfect, pet friendly and family-friendly stay awaits you at Shoreline Retreat!
We're located on Beech Walk, which is just a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk from Haven’s main complex.
The large decking area is perfect for relaxing, or why not kick a ball around on the large green area just in front of the caravan, or just watch the kids play.
This is a family-run caravan and used by me, the owner (Hollie) and my family when we aren't welcoming you as our guest.
Our 3 bedroom caravan at Devon Cliffs is pet friendly, so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend and enjoy those coastal path walks!
We are new to the lettings market from June 2026, so have full availability (at the time of writing), so please contact me direct if the exact date you require is not listed. Please email/text or WhatsApp :)
Our Devon Cliffs holiday caravan highlights comprise:
- 3 bedrooms - sleeps 5 or 6 with a travel cot
- Dogs allowed (2 small dogs or one medium/large)
- Linin included, with beds made for your arrival
- Brand new oven fitted May 2026
- Tea and coffee provided
- Large decked area
- 3 minute walk from South Beach restaurant, shop and beach
- 5 minute walk from main complex and amenities.
Bookings & Conditions
Park Passes are NOT included in our hire price. These are bookable by guests directly through Haven.
Towels are NOT included.
Haven have a strict NO hen or stag party policy, which we have to abide by.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. Payment plans can be arranged by speaking with the owner Hollie directly.
Full payment is due 4 weeks before booking date.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made, with refunds given as follows
. The initial £50 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
. Full refund will be given with 4+ weeks’ notice
. 50% refund will be given with between 4 and 2 weeks’ notice
. Last minute cancellations will be at the owner’s discretion
