Caravan Description

Experience a premium getaway in our luxury, 2020 ABI Windermere, perfectly positioned in the desirable Rowan Meadow at Haven’s flagship Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

This spacious 40’ x 12’ Prestige caravan combines modern style with breathtaking sea views and a quiet, relaxing
atmosphere.

The Accommodation

Our luxury Devon Cliffs caravan is designed for comfort and space, featuring a modern décor and a layout perfect
for families or small groups.

It comprises:

Lounge

An open-plan living area with free-standing sofas, a coffee table and French doors that open onto the veranda. Enjoy entertainment with a TV (Freeview), DVD player (plus a selection of DVDs, board games and books) and the cosy ambiance of an electric fire.

Kitchen & Dining

A premium shaker-style kitchen fully equipped, including a gas oven/grill, integrated full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and the luxury of an integrated dishwasher and washing machine.

A free-standing dining table with four chairs is provided.

Sleeping Arrangements

Master Suite featuring a king size bed, TV, a generous walk-in wardrobe,
vanity area. It also boasts a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet,
and basin.

Twin bedded room offering two single beds, wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

An occasional pull-out sofa bed is available in the lounge to accommodate an additional two
guests (maximum 6 guests total).Duvet and pillows supplied but not linen.

Bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

*Bedding must be removed and placed by the door at the end of your stay.*

Bathrooms

In addition to the master en-suite, there is a main family shower room with a cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

· Location: Situated in a quiet area, yet only an 8–10 minute walk to the main complex activities and a short stroll to the onsite beach

Important Park Information

Entertainment Passes: These are not included and must be purchased upon arrival at the park to access facilities (pools, clubs, etc.). Note: Passes are NOT required for the arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar.

Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure our caravan remains in prestige condition, the following terms apply:

1. Deposit: A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. This amount will be deducted from your final balance

2. Final Balance: The full balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A reminder email will be sent. However, failure to pay by the deadline will result in cancellation without refund

3. Security Bond: An additional £100 security bond is required with your final payment. This covers potential loss or damage to the caravan, its contents, or the decking/veranda

4. Refunds: Following a departure inspection, your security bond will be reimbursed within 7 days, provided the caravan is left as found

5. Liability: By booking, you agree to be held responsible for any damages incurred by any member of your party or guests

6. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.

7. We do not accept same sex group bookings or groups of persons under the age of 25

8. Smoking/Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping holiday home.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 60 days before your holiday start date will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellation 30-60 days before your holiday starts will result in a loss of 50% of all monies paid.

Cancellation less than 30 days before your holiday starts will result in a loss of 100% of all monies paid.

7 Night Stay - Friday to Friday.
4 Night Stay - Monday to Friday.
3 Night Stay - Friday to Monday.

A full Welcome Pack is provided with information for your stay and details of places to visit.

The beach is just a short walk away! Check the tide times (included in this pack) before you head down to ensure you have plenty of sand to play on

A Cuppa? There are some starter supplies in the kitchen—help yourself and put your feet up!


Dining Out: We’ve included menus for Red Rocks and South Beach Café, plus some of our favourite local takeaways in Exmouth

If you have any issues with the caravan during your stay, please refer to the Important information and numbers page. For any park-related queries (passes, swimming slots, etc.). the Reception team near the main entrance are wonderful and happy to help.
