Caravan Description
Our lovely and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday caravan at Devon Cliffs, offers a secure, wraparound decking, complete with outdoor furniture, and boasting stunning sea views.
We have outside parking for 2 cars.
The caravan has one master bedroom with double bed, along with four single beds across the two twin bedrooms. There’s also a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, so the home will comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
This double glazed and central heated holiday caravan is fully equipped for all your holiday needs and includes a Smart TV in the lounge, and an air fryer, slow cooker, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer etc. in the kitchen.
We also have fast Starlink Wi-Fi which is available for guests to use.
Our holiday home is situated in a lovely quiet area of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park on Beach Walk, which is very close to the beach – in fact, you are able to hear the sound of the waves!
We are also just a 5 minute walk from all the amenities.

The charging of electric vehicles from the holiday home is strictly forbidden.
W ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates, with the final payment to be received 6 weeks before the arrival date.
