We have a lovely 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux holiday caravan to let on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, sitting just a short stroll from the beach and entertainment complete and boasting a beautiful sea view.

Our Devon Cliffs caravan sits in an unbeatable location just a short stroll from the beach, entertainment complex and top attractions, ensuring excitement is always within easy reach.

This lovely caravan at Devon Cliffs offers an open plan living area and a wraparound decking with a beautiful sea view. It comprises:

. Fully Equipped Kitchen

Prepare delicious home-cooked meals with ease in our modern kitchen, complete with a full-size fridge freezer and all the cooking essentials.

. Stylish & Comfortable Living Area

Unwind in a cosy space featuring a luxurious sofa, Smart TV, coffee table with stools and an electric fire to keep you warm on cooler evenings.

. Restful Bedrooms

Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and its own en-suite, while the two further bedrooms each have two single beds. There is also a sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for 8 guests.

. Private Outdoor Space

Step through the patio doors in the living area onto your private decking area, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

. Smoke-Free & Vape-Free

To keep our caravan fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking and vaping are NOT permitted indoors. Please step outside if you wish to smoke or vape and ensure everything is disposed of sensibly and considerately.

. Pillows and Duvets

Pillows and duvets are provided, but we DO NOT provide bed linen, so please remember to bring your own linen.

However, if required, linen can be provided at an additional cost of £45 per stay, which includes all beds being made up ready for your arrival. This will also include linen for the sofa bed. Please be aware that a week’s notice MUST be given if linen is required. Alternatively, you can arrange linen with Reception on arrival.

. Essentials

Please be aware that you will need to bring the following with you, which are not provided in the caravan: tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls and towels.

Terms & Conditions

-£100 Deposit to secure booking, remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.

-£75 security deposit refundable after departure (if caravan is left how it is found)

-Linen & towels NOT included, linen can be arranged at an extra cost of £45.

-No smoking, max 8 guests.

-Parking for 1 car outside the caravan, any extra cars are to be parked opposite the caravan in the designated parking spots. Please do not park on the grass in wet weather.

-Play passes to be purchased directly from Haven.
