Comfortable static caravan holiday home, with reclining sofas (2 seater and 3 seater) for cosy nights in. Comfortable wicker sofa and chairs on the decking. The double bedroom has an en-suite WC in addition to the full size family shower room with a deep roomy shower. There is a separate dining area with a proper table and 4 chairs situated next to the fully equipped kitchen.
Holiday caravan for hire at Afon Lodge Caravan Park, near the small town of St Clears.The caravan has two bedrooms (the main double bedroom has an en-suite WC) and a twin bedded room, the caravan is fully equipped to sleep up to 4 people.
The Afon Lodge Caravan Park is perfect for those looking for a peaceful 'Get away from it all' break. The site does not have any commercial facilities, no shop and no bar just peace and quiet perrrrfect.
The caravan is in a good central position for many interesting towns, beaches and attractions in the area, such as: The Boat House in Laurghame was the home of the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas; the historic Pendine Sands is where Sir Malcolm Campbell attempted the World Land Speed Record; Saundersfoot is a small seaside town with a big reputation for food; the colourful and quaint Tenby with its beaches and boat trips. There are a number of theme parks and tourist attractions within 39 mins drive. Such as Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Blur Lagoon and the Dinosaur Park.
The holiday home is 35ft by 12ft giving plenty of space for the family. It is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, toaster kettle, slow cooker, cutlery and crockery. There is also a separate dining area with table and chairs.
The lounge area has comfortable 2 and 3 seater reclining sofas, a 31” TV with DVD player and Freeview, plus a CD player and radio. and we also have kids games, cards chess, DVDs and CDs
The double bedroom has an en-suite WC and wash basin. There is also a family bathroom/shower room with a full size shower and plenty of hot water from the combi boiler.
The decking area is gated and has a large gas BBQ, a dining table and chairs, plus a comfortable wicker settee, chairs and coffee table.
The caravan is situated in the small, privately owned Afon Lodge Caravan Park, which is situated on the wooded slopes situated in the beautiful valley of the river Cynin. St Clears is only a 5-6 minute drive away, where you will find shops, restaurants, takeaways, a post office and pubs - just about all you are likely to need.
A booking can be secured with a £50 deposit if you holiday dates are more than 6 weeks away. For all dates within 6 weeks full payment is required.
In low and mid seasons we offer 3 or 4 night breaks usually 3pm Friday to 10 am Monday and 3pm Monday to 10am Friday. Please ask for prices.
In order to reserve the caravan for your chosen period we would require the following information
Name of main hirer,
Full postal address of main hirer,
Names of all guest staying and ages of any person staying if under 16.
Contact telephone number(s)
Upon receipt of the above information I will send you an invoice via PayPal detailing when payments are due. The £50 deposit is due immediately in order to book the caravan. The balance of the hire charge is due for payment on or before 6 weeks prior to your holiday
Please note we do not accept cheques. The reason is bank branches are becoming scarce and therefore we have to travel long distances to bank cheques.
Electricity and gas are included in the caravan hire.

All lettings are subject to a £50 refundable key charge, that is returned within
7 days of the hire, providing there is no damage, breakages and/or missing inventory items
Our caravan and the caravan park are not suitable for hen & stag parties.
The main hirer must be over 21 years of age and stay at the caravan for the full hire period.
By entering into a hire agreement the hirer accepts responsibility for breakages,
damage and missing inventory items.
We will be pleased to make a provisional booking, which we will hold for 3 days
by which time we need to have received a deposit or full payment.
We supply the bedding, you will need to bring your own towels.
The caravan must vacated by 10am on the day of departure
to ensure that it can be prepared for the next guests. If the cleaning team has to return
it will incur extra expense which we reserve the right to deduct from the Key Deposit.
Please note that all monies paid regarding the hire/rental of our holiday caravan, with
the exception of the key charge, are non-refundable
