Caravan Description

A beautiful, much loved, brand new (2022) Willerby Malton holiday home with double glazing and central heating on Trecco Bay Holiday Park in Porthcawl, Wales.

Our beautiful holiday home for hire is situated in a very quiet and exclusive part of the park, in the Meadows, amongst the private lodges. It is south-facing, so the summer, sunshine can be enjoyed all day long on the wrap-around decking.

The caravan is extra-wide and has one double bedroom, with built-in wardrobes and Freeview TV & DVD. It also has two twin bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and one with Freeview TV & DVD, so it sleeps six people comfortably.

It has two bathrooms, one with a shower.

The lounge is spacious, with freestanding sofas and a large Smart TV with built-in Freeview. Patio doors lead out to the front decking where you’ll find a rattan table and chair set.

There is a separate dining area and a very well appointed kitchen, which is equipped with a full size family cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to make your stay a pleasant one. There is adequate worktop space for food preparation and plenty of cupboard storage space.

Other items provided include an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a mop.

Water, gas and electric are all included.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, but you will need to supply your own quilt covers, sheets and pillow cases.

The shops/entertainment are approximately a 5 minute walk from our caravan and the main beach is approximately 10 minutes’ walk. Porthcawl Fair is an approximate 20 minute walk and Porthcawl town centre approximately 25 minutes.

This really is the perfect holiday home.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

A £50 deposit is required on booking. An additional £75 damages bond is required with the final balance, which will be returned within fourteen days of your departure, following successful inspection of the caravan.

Check in: Day of arrival 3pm / Check out: Day of departure 10am

Activity/Entertainment Passes are not included in the hire cost of the caravan, but are only needed for the Showdome and swimming and can be purchased from Reception at Trecco Bay.

Payment is by Internet direct into bank account or bank transfer. Please click on above Tab ‘Prices, Availability & Offers’ to view our available dates. However, if none are suitable, we will do our best to accommodate alternate start and end dates wherever possible.
