Caravan Description
Our clean and well-maintained caravan offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The caravan sleeps up to four people and includes two toilets, with heating available in all rooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a Freeview TV, while the living area is equipped with 55" TV, Sky Q, providing access to entertainment, movie, and kids' channels. Driveway is available for parking........Dogs are welcome free of charge.

.families and couples only....Weekly rates start at £450 during the low season and increase to £700 during peak periods, including all school holidays.
Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, and toiletries.
Essential items such as toilet paper, antibacterial handwash, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk are provided upon arrival, along with a selection of cleaning products for your convenience.
WELL BEHAVED DOGS WELCOME. (ONLY UP 2 DOGS ALLOWED IN CARAVAN AT ANY TIME AT THE OWNERS DISCRETION )....Thank you.
Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome at the owners discretion and no extra charge for them, (assistance dogs are always accommodated)

Bookings
A security deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, which will be refunded within five days of departure, provided the caravan is left clean and undamaged. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Entertainment passes are not included in the booking price but can be purchased separately at the main reception upon arrival.
Weekly rates start at £450 during the low season and increase to £695 during peak periods, including all school holidays. Stays during school holidays run from Saturday to Saturday.
The full balance must be paid four weeks prior to your stay.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and guests must vacate the caravan by 10:00 AM on departure day to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
We only accept bookings from families and couples and do not allow group reservations.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two allowed in the caravan at any time.
