Welcome to our spacious 42ft x 14ft, three bedroom ABI Sailmaker mini lodge holiday home within the small cul-de-sac of St David’s at Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park, offering the perfect place for you and your family to make many happy memories.

Inside our beautiful, modern holiday home is light and airy, it has full double glazing and central heating throughout. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi.

As you step in the door you are welcomed into an open hallway with plenty of coat hanging space.

The spacious lounge comprises of two comfortable three seater settees with two pouffes, side & coffee table, shelving for storage, 52” Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, and a DVD player with a selection of films. We also have toys, books buckets and spades available for you to use.

Our fully equipped kitchen is prepared with everything you could need for your self-catering holiday including a kettle, toaster, integrated microwave, gas hob & oven, all important dishwasher, a full size fridge freezer, and all crockery & cutlery.

A spacious main bedroom awaits with a large, comfy double bed with a memory foam topper, a wall mounted TV, a dressing area with a large dressing table, then leading from the main bedroom is an ensuite toilet with a sink. We have two spacious twin bedrooms, which can be made into doubles, one of the twin rooms have full size single beds.

We also have the main family bathroom that comprises of a toilet, sink and spacious shower cubicle.

The large decking area is complete with a rattan sofa and chairs, and an outdoor dining table/chairs (great for alfresco dining). Next to the caravan we have a large, block paved parking area that can fit up to two cars.

This is a NO smoking OR vaping caravan

You’ll need to bring your own towels, bedding, and tea towels - duvets and pillows are provided (pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are also supplied).

Awe require a £150 security deposit, this is refunded after a security check has been completed and no damage or missing items have been reported.

We allow 1 dog per rental. We are making a polite request for pets to be kept off furniture and beds, please.

Haven entertainment passes are NOT included in the rental price of your stay. They can be purchased from Greenacres’ reception on arrival if you wish to use the facilities Haven has to offer.
