Caravan Description

We are lucky to be situated on Kingfisher, which is a central location on Greenacres Holiday Park, just a short walk from both the beach and on site facilities.

Just a 5 minute walk in one direction will find you at the beach, and a 5 minute walk in the other direction are the Park’s facilities.

You are able to access the dog friendly beach directly from the park (literally a 5 minute walk from our caravan) or drive directly onto the beach just down the road; handy for loading up the car with everything you need for a day at the beach and setting up camp for the day.

Our caravan for hire on Greenacres Holiday Park in Porthmadog, has full central heating (plus a gas fire) double glazing and patio doors leading out onto the full wraparound decking.

We have a Smart TV and free standing furniture in the living area, along with 2 freestanding stools under the coffee table for extra seating if required. There’s also a dining table with 6 chairs.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms; a large double bedroom with an en-suite toilet, and two twin bedded rooms. There’s also a family shower room.

We have added several items to make your stay feel like home, including a slow cooker, omelette maker, egg poacher, sandwich toaster, air fryer and Tassimo coffee maker. An iron and ironing board are also provided, along with a clothes horse, cot bed, bed guard, board games and an outside box with outdoor games and beach toys.

There is parking for 2 cars next to the caravan.

We are pet friendly (maximum of 2 dogs). We just ask that they are well behaved and not left unattended in the caravan at anytime.

We have just added a 5g mast and Wi-Fi router for our guests’ use.

For larger families or friends wishing to holiday together, we also have an 8 berth family caravan in Snowdrop Grove at Greenacreas Holiday Park – please see Ref 9620b on this website.





Bookings & Conditions

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your dates. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.

A £100 damage deposit will also be due with the final payment, which will be refunded after your stay as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

There will be a full clean of the caravan prior to your holiday.

We offer our caravan to let from Monday to Friday (midweek) – Friday to Monday (weekend) – Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday for full weeks.

Other durations will be considered during the off-peak season - please contact us for details.

We do NOT provide bed linen, so please remember to bring with you.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental cost, but they can be purchased directly from Have at an additional cost.

Being a Haven holiday park, Greenacres offers many facilities, including:

. Amusements and entertainment complex, including swimming pool and soft play.

* Please note that there is a charge for play passes to access the swimming pool and Marina entertainment showbar, which is payable directly to Haven.

There is so much to do here, both on site and locally. We find something new every time we visit and have been coming here for 15 years!!
