Caravan Description

Our central heated and double glazed caravan on Greenacres Holiday Park is a 5 minute walk from the beach and the same again in the opposite direction from the park’s facilities, which include a shop, chip shop, launderette, bar/restaurant, amusements, entertainment complex (including swimming pool), bowling and a soft play area..

Please note that there is a charge for passes to access some of the above facilities, which is payable directly to Haven. There is so much to do, both on site and locally, we find something new every time we visit and have been coming here for 15 years!

Within the caravan you will find a fully equipped kitchen; a comfortable lounge with gas fire, TV, 2x 2 seater sofas, reclining armchair and a double sofa bed; dining area with table and 4 freestanding chairs; ;one large double bedroom; one small double bedroom; one twin bedded room; a family shower room and an additional toilet.

With use of the sofa bed in the lounge, the caravan can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

Parking for 2 cars is available next to the caravan.

For larger families or friends wishing to holiday together, we also have a 6 berth family caravan in the Kingfisher area of Greenacres Holiday Park – please see Ref 9620 on this website.




Bookings & Conditions.


A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your dates. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.

A £100 damage deposit will also be due with the final payment, which will be refunded after your stay as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

There will be a full clean of the caravan prior to your holiday.

We offer our caravan to let from Monday to Friday (midweek) – Friday to Monday (weekend) – Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday for full weeks.

Other durations will be considered during the off-peak season - please contact us for details.

We do NOT provide bed linen, so please remember to bring with you.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental cost, but they can be purchased directly from Have at an additional cost.
