Caravan Description

Our Atlas Debonair 40'x13' caravan, at Kiln Park is located in a very central, sought-after, large sunny plot, with private parking and is close to all amenities and the entrance to the beach

THE CARAVAN:
The caravan is rated as Prestige /Silver by Haven with a front enclosed deck (13' x 8'), accessed by sliding doors from the lounge and extensive enclosed side decking (20' x8') with space for both al fresco dining and relaxing. The side decking is south facing and the front enjoys the afternoon's rays.

There are 3 bedrooms, a double and two twins, a family bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and an ensuite to the main bedroom with washbasin and toilet. There are many extras provided to enable you to just turn up, settle in and enjoy all that the caravan, the 5 star park, the outstanding beaches and the many fabulous places in Pembrokeshire have to offer.

PARKING/OUTSIDE:
There is private parking next to the caravan for one car, with extra car parking space just around the corner. (Haven request no parking on the grass).
There is a large grassed area next to the caravan and the roadway past the caravan is on a quiet loop, making it a safe place for children.
There is also a storage bench that seats 2, which contains lots of beach toys that our guests are welcome to use.

LOUNGE/WI-FI
The comfy lounge will easily seat 6 and has a flat screen 43” smart TV. The Private Wi-Fi provided in the caravan allows you to work or access your own apps and streaming while on holiday. Please remember to log out before leaving your holiday home.
(Haven free (not secured) Wi-Fi is only available on site in the clubhouse and reception areas.)

KITCHEN/DINING:
The kitchen is fully equipped with at least 8 place settings, and includes a full gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, twin drawer air fryer, slow cooker and integrated fridge freezer. There is also a slimline dishwasher in the kitchen.
The dining area has a larger than usual table with chairs and stools that can be used to comfortably sit 6 people.
Dining tables and chairs, as well as easy chairs are provided on both front and side decking areas.

**A warning though, when dining outside - please do not leave any food unattended - those gulls will swoop on it in an instant!**

BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a double bed, with a wardrobe and side and overhead storage, a TV, and an en suite washroom.
There are also two twin bedded rooms, which have the larger 2'6" wide beds and more room between than some of the smaller vans. Either of these rooms can have the beds pushed together to make a large bed.

All beds (except sofabed) are made up with bedlinen ready for your arrival.

2 hairdryers are also provided.

The main bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet with storage cupboard for your toiletries.

A towel pack consisting of 6 x bath sheets and 6 x hand towels can be provided for the duration of your stay by contacting the owner. This package is only £18.

There are many extras in our caravan for your convenience, including 1 x tea towel, dish cloth, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and cleaning spray as well as handwash in the kitchen.

Each toilet has toilet roll, foaming hand soap and toilet cleaning brush and cleaner.

** Unless you have requested the towel pack, please remember to bring hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen**

Our rental caravan has been set up with the enjoyment of your holiday at the forefront of our minds and includes a selection of DVDs, books and games for all ages to enjoy. We even have 2 tennis rackets and beach toys for your use whilst holidaying on the site, which are kept in the storage bench outside. (access is provided once you have booked)

For any laundry, there is a laundrette on site with large washing machines and dryers and an iron, small ironing board and clothes airer are provided in the caravan.

PASSES

The price of the holiday does NOT include the play passes, needed to be able to book activities, swimming and for entrance to the entertainment in the Marina Bar.

Once we have booked you onto the Haven site, you will receive an email from Haven which allows you download your car pass, to purchase passes, and to prebook activities such as swimming.

Haven have provided a calculator to work out pass prices for your stay - just check out their website.

Our breaks are listed as 3, 4 and 7 day breaks to tie in with the Haven dates for Play Passes, however if you require different dates, please enquire.
A Haven Play Pass, is required if you want to book into the indoor pool, activities or the Marina Bar (entertainment) part of the clubhouse.
All other areas of the park and clubhouse are open to all, including the restaurant and all eating venues.
No pets allowed sorry.
NO charging of electric vehicles allowed at the caravan. There are 4 charging points, provided by Haven in the car park opposite the shop.

NO same sex groups allowed (Haven rules)

ENQUIRIES & BOOKING

You will be asked to provide:

• The name, address, email address and phone number of main hirer (over 21)
• The number and names of adult guests and contact details (over 17)
• The number of children and ages ( 5-17)
• The number of infants (4 and under)
• Vehicle registration (up to 2 vehicles may be booked on per caravan) - Note that a second vehicle needs to be placed in the car park

DEPOSIT & CLEANING AND DAMAGE BOND

In order to hold your required dates, a deposit of £50 is requested.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the booking, as well as a damage and cleaning bond of £100. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, as long as there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Check-in and Out
Check-in is at 3pm on the day of arrival, although the facilities of the park can be used earlier. Check out is by 10am to allow the cleaners time to prepare for the next guests.

On arrival at the park, the security guards will check the vehicle registration(s) provided and direct you to the caravan. Access is via a coded key box at the caravan. You will only need to go to Reception to pick up any passes purchased.
