Caravan Description

Our Atlas Debonair 40' x 13' holiday home is situated on a large, sunny and very sought-after pitch at Kiln Park, with private parking and a large grassed area alongside. It is centrally located, with a 5-minute walk to the park's amenities and the entrance to the beach.

The caravan has been equipped with lots of extras to help you just arrive, settle in and enjoy your holiday, the fantastic Haven park, the outstanding beaches and all that beautiful Pembrokeshire has to offer.

No pets are permitted

Electric vehicles must not be charged from the caravan. Haven provides EV charging points in the car park opposite the shop.

The caravan sleeps up to 6 guests, plus baby. A travel cot, highchair and bed guard are available on request.

PARKING/OUTSIDE:
There is private parking next to the caravan for one car, with additional parking available just around the corner.
Please note that Haven does not allow vehicles to be parked on the grass.

There is a large grassed area alongside the caravan and the roadway past the caravan is on a quiet loop, making this a pleasant area for children.
There is also a storage bench which seats two people and contains lots of beach toys which our guests are welcome to use.

LOUNGE/WI-FI
The comfy lounge will easily seat 6 and has a flat screen 43” smart TV.
Private Wi-Fi is provided in the caravan, allowing you to work or access your own apps and streaming services while on holiday. Please remember to log out before leaving your holiday home.

Please note that Haven's free, unsecured Wi-Fi is only available on site in the clubhouse and reception areas.

KITCHEN/DINING:
The kitchen is fully equipped with at least 8 place settings, and includes a full gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, twin drawer air fryer, slow cooker and integrated fridge freezer. There is also a slimline dishwasher in the kitchen.
The dining area has a larger than usual table with chairs and stools that can be used to comfortably sit 6 people.
Dining tables and chairs, as well as easy chairs are provided on both front and side decking areas.

**A warning though, when dining outside - please do not leave any food unattended - those gulls will swoop on it in an instant!**

BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms – one double and two twin bedrooms – sleeping a maximum of 6 guests.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and storage, a TV and an en-suite washroom.

The two twin bedrooms have larger 2'6" wide beds with more space between the beds than in some smaller caravans.
In either twin room, the beds can be pushed together to make a king-size bed if required.

All beds, apart from the sofa bed, are made up with fresh bedlinen ready for your arrival.

Two hairdryers are also provided.

A towel pack consisting of 6 x bath sheets and 6 x hand towels can be provided for the duration of your stay by contacting the owner.
The towel pack costs just £20 for your stay.

There are many extras in our caravan for your convenience, including 1 x tea towel, dish cloth, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and cleaning spray as well as handwash in the kitchen.

Each toilet has toilet roll, foaming hand soap and toilet cleaning brush and cleaner.

** Unless you have requested the towel pack, please remember to bring hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen**

Our rental caravan has been set up with the enjoyment of your holiday at the forefront of our minds and includes a selection of DVDs, books and games for all ages to enjoy. We even have 2 tennis rackets and beach toys for your use whilst holidaying on the site, which are kept in the storage bench outside. (access is provided once you have booked)

For any laundry, there is a laundrette on site with large washing machines and dryers and an iron, small ironing board and clothes airer are provided in the caravan.

HAVEN PLAY PASSES
Play Passes are required if you wish to book activities, use the indoor swimming pool or attend the entertainment in the Marina Bar.

All other areas of the park and clubhouse are open to everyone, including the restaurant and other eating venues.

Owners cannot provide Play Passes. These are purchased separately through Haven and are not included in our holiday rental price.

Before booking, we recommend searching online for “Haven Play Pass Calculator”. This will allow you to check the current cost of Play Passes for your stay before you book your holiday with us.

Once we have booked you onto the Haven site, you will receive an email from Haven which allows you to download your car pass, purchase Play Passes and pre-book activities such as swimming.

Our breaks are normally advertised as 3, 4 or 7 nights to tie in with Haven's booking dates for Play Passes. If you require different dates, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this.


ENQUIRIES & BOOKING

You will be asked to provide:

• The name, address, email address and phone number of main hirer (over 21)
• The number and names of adult guests and contact details (over 17)
• The number of children and ages ( 5-17)
• The number of infants (4 and under)
• Vehicle registration (up to 2 vehicles may be booked on per caravan) - Note that a second vehicle needs to be placed in the car park

DEPOSIT & DAMAGE/CLEANING BOND

In order to hold your required dates, a £50 booking deposit is requested.

The balance, together with a £100 cleaning and damage bond, is payable 6 weeks before your holiday.

The £100 bond will be returned within 7 days of your departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

Check-in is at 3pm on the day of arrival, although the facilities of the park can be used earlier. Check out is by 10am to allow the cleaners time to prepare for the next guests.

On arrival at the park, the security guards will check the vehicle registration(s) provided and direct you to the caravan. Access is via a coded key box at the caravan. You will only need to go to Reception to pick up any passes purchased.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a booking and paying the £50 booking deposit, the lead hirer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of everyone included in the booking.

1. THE BOOKING

~The lead hirer must be 21 years of age or over and must attend the holiday.
~The caravan is advertised as sleeping a maximum of 6 guests.
~Please let us know the ages of any children and infants when making your enquiry, so that we can confirm that the accommodation is suitable for your party.
~The names and details of everyone staying in the caravan must be provided as required for registration with Haven.
~Only the people registered on the booking may stay in the caravan. Additional guests may not stay in the caravan without prior agreement from the owners.
~A travel cot, highchair and bed guard are available on request, subject to availability.
~No pets are permitted.
~No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere in or around the caravan, including the decking areas.
~Electric vehicles must not be charged from the caravan. Haven provides EV charging points on the park.

2. PAYMENT

~A £50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your chosen dates.
~The remaining balance, together with the £100 cleaning and damage bond, is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
~Payment is by bank transfer. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
~Gas and electricity are included in the holiday rental price.
~The advertised rental price includes the cleaning of the caravan between bookings.

3. CLEANING & DAMAGE BOND

~A £100 cleaning and damage bond is payable with the balance.
~The bond will be returned within 7 days of departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
~If damage, loss or excessive cleaning is found, we will deduct the necessary amount from the bond and return the remainder.
~Guests should report any damage, breakages or missing items to us as soon as possible during their stay, so that we have an opportunity to resolve the problem.
~The bond is not intended to cover deliberate or serious damage where the cost exceeds £100. We reserve the right to recover any additional reasonable costs arising from such damage.

4. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST

~If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
~ The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the balance has been paid, the following cancellation scale applies to the holiday balance only:
More than 6 weeks before arrival: The £50 booking deposit is retained and any other holiday payments already made are refunded.
6–5 weeks before arrival: 75% of the holiday balance is refunded.
5–4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the holiday balance is refunded.
4–2 weeks before arrival: 25% of the holiday balance is refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: No refund of the holiday balance will normally be made.

~The £100 cleaning and damage bond will be returned in full where the booking is cancelled, as it has not been used.

Re-letting cancelled dates

~If we are able to re-let some or all of your cancelled dates, we will refund the amount we receive from the replacement booking, less the original £50 booking deposit and any reasonable costs incurred in re-advertising or re-booking the dates.

~Any refund will be made once the replacement booking has been paid for.

5. CHANGING YOUR BOOKING DATES

~Where possible, we are happy to move your booking to alternative dates that are available.

~If the new dates cost more than the original booking, the difference will be payable before the change is confirmed.

~If the new dates cost less, we will discuss the revised price with you before making the change.

~Any request to change dates should be made as early as possible and is subject to availability.

6. IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

~In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the caravan for your booked dates, for example because of serious flooding, damage to the caravan or circumstances affecting the availability of the pitch or park, we will offer an alternative available date where possible.

~If an alternative date is not suitable or cannot be provided, all payments made to us for the affected booking will be refunded in full.

~We cannot accept responsibility for any other costs incurred by guests, such as travel, accommodation or other holiday expenses.

7. HAVEN & PLAY PASSES

~Your holiday is a private letting directly with us and is not a booking made directly with Haven.

~We will register your party with Haven using the information you provide.

~Play Passes are not included in our holiday rental price. Owners cannot provide Play Passes. They are purchased separately through Haven by registered guests and are subject to Haven's current prices, availability and terms.

~Play Passes provide access to certain Haven facilities, including swimming, activities and entertainment, subject to Haven's current rules and availability.

~Please check the current Play Pass information and pricing with Haven before purchasing.

~If your booking does not follow one of Haven's standard break patterns, Haven may require Play Passes to be purchased on the park on arrival, subject to availability.

~Haven's rules, requirements and terms apply to guests while they are on the park. We cannot accept responsibility for changes to Haven facilities, activities, opening times, Play Pass availability or Haven's own policies.

8. HAVEN PARK RULES

~All guests must comply with Haven's current park rules and the instructions of Haven staff.

In particular:
- No additional people may stay in the caravan or in vehicles on the park.
- No all-adult groups, hen or stag parties, or other parties that may disrupt other guests are permitted.
- Guests must not behave in a violent, aggressive, abusive, excessively noisy or antisocial manner.
- Smoking and vaping must comply with Haven's rules in public areas.
- No drugs, firearms or offensive weapons are permitted.
- Guests must comply with Haven's vehicle and parking rules.
- No guests may stay overnight in a motorhome, caravan or other vehicle parked on the pitch.
- Guests must comply with any other current Haven park rules.

~Haven may require guests to leave the park if they breach its rules or cause serious disruption.

~If Haven requires a guest or party to leave the park because of their behaviour or breach of Haven's rules, no refund will be due from Wrenville Rentals.

~Haven's current terms state that privately booked accommodation is subject to the private owner's booking agreement rather than Haven's direct-booking terms.

9. PARKING & VEHICLES

~There is private parking next to the caravan for one vehicle.

~A second vehicle may be registered for the booking but must be parked in the designated car park.

~Vehicles must not be parked on the grass.

~Guests must comply with Haven's speed limits and parking regulations.

~Electric vehicles must not be charged using the caravan's electricity supply. Haven provides EV charging facilities on the park.

10. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

~Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival.

~Guests are welcome to use the park facilities earlier, subject to Haven's current arrangements, but access to the caravan will not be available before the agreed check-in time.

~Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

~The check-out time is necessary to allow our cleaners sufficient time to prepare the caravan for the next guests.

~The key safe code will normally be provided before arrival. Guests must return the keys to the key safe when leaving the caravan.

11. LOOKING AFTER THE CARAVAN

~Guests are expected to treat the caravan, its contents, decking and outside areas with care and consideration.

~Please report any breakages, damage or missing items to us as soon as possible.

~Outdoor cushions should be returned inside the caravan when not in use, particularly overnight or during poor weather.

~Guests may use the books, games, DVDs, tennis rackets and beach toys provided, but please leave them in good condition for future guests.

~Food should not be left unattended outside, as the local gulls are very enthusiastic visitors!

12. WI-FI

~Private Wi-Fi is provided in the caravan for guests' use.

~Guests are responsible for their own use of the internet and should log out of personal accounts and streaming services before departure.

~The availability and performance of Wi-Fi can occasionally be affected by technical issues beyond our control.

13. FACILITIES & SERVICES

~We provide the caravan and the facilities described in our holiday advertisement.

~Some facilities, entertainment, activities and services at Kiln Park are provided by Haven and are outside our control. We cannot guarantee the availability, opening times or operation of Haven facilities.

~Any complaints concerning Haven-operated facilities should be raised with Haven directly.

14. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

~Guests are responsible for their own belongings during their stay. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions.

15. EMERGENCIES & CONTACT

~If there is an emergency affecting the caravan, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist.

~For emergencies requiring the police, fire service, ambulance or other emergency services, guests should contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

~For park-related issues concerning Haven facilities or services, guests should contact Haven.

16. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

~The lead hirer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their party.

~Payment of the £50 booking deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

~These Terms & Conditions apply to the private holiday rental and are separate from Haven's own terms and conditions, park rules and Play Pass arrangements.
