Our very spacious 2 bedroom,
holiday home within the small cul-de-sac of Castleview is the perfect place for you and your family to holiday.

Our modern holiday home consists of,
Undercover decking area comprising of rattan sofa. and chairs and an outdoor dining table /chairs (great for alfresco dining)
Large patio area also to the side of the cabin which is great for evening entertaining, we have a rattan sofa and two rattan armchairs along with a coffee table and charcoal BBQ.

Inside this beautiful, light and airy cabin you will find,
An open-style hallway with coat-hanging space.
A fully equipped kitchen including a kettle, toaster, integrated microwave, gas hob and Ninja multi function oven, Ninja air fryer, coffee machine ,all important integrated small dishwasher , a under counter Fridge and under counter freezer,
The spacious lounge area comprises 2 x sofas and two pouffes, a side table, coffee table, and sideboard.

A spacious main bedroom Consisting of a full size King bed with storage drawers and Sealy mattress ,super comfy bed. There is also two bedside chests with ample drawer space to store holiday clothing. Leading from the main bedroom is a bathroom with toilet, sink and full size bath with over bath shower.
Another very spacious twin bedroom with two single beds can be made into double on request or even if you decide to move together yourself.

Books, Games and DVDs are available to use throughout your stay, located in the sideboard.

Our holiday home is situated ideally for your holiday needs, just a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful stretch of Black Rocks Sands beach and a few minutes stroll to the Main Complex.

The Main Complex comprises of the Main Stage Marina bar, Mash and Barrel restaurant, indoor swimming pool with separate toddlers pool, outdoor splash zone, arcades, soft play area, adventure golf, mini supermarket, Papa Johns Pizza, Millie's Cookies and a fish &chip shop.
There is also a laundrette, bike hire, kart hire and football astro turf area.

Black Rock Sands is a beautiful Blue flag beach, the surrounding area has breathtaking views, plenty of walkways to enjoy, sand and mountains surround the area.

The nearby area boasts an 18-hole golf course, Black Rock Llamas, Ffestiniog Railway, the famous Portmeirion village and more …

You’ll need to bring your own towels, bedding, and tea towels - duvets and pillows are provided. ( pillows ,duvets ,mattress protectors and pillow protectors are also supplied) We can make beds up with linen for an additional cost please ask.

A £100 safety deposit is required upon full payment, and this is refunded after a security check has been completed and no damage or missing items have been reported. We also request full payment 6 weeks before the holiday start date and a £100 non refundable deposit to secure the booking if longer than 6 weeks, our checkin time is 16:00 hours and checkout is 12:00 noon to allow for cleaning.

We allow 1 dog per rental but will allow more for an additional cost £30 as it adds to the cleaning costs.

Haven entertainment passes are not included in the rental price of your stay. , they can be purchased from Greenacres reception on arrival if you wish to use the facilities Haven has to offer.

Each week booked in summer holidays will receive a welcome bag complimentary.
