Caravan Description

Privately owned caravan to let on Millers Cottage Leisure Park in Towyn; an extremely friendly and welcoming site, just a two minute walk from the beach.

We are sure you’ll have a relaxing holiday and enjoy your time in our holiday home on Millers Cottage Leisure Park.

Our caravan is strictly NO SMOKING and we may accept pets, please ask on enquiry. If you bring a pet when it has not been agreed then money from your deposit will be deducted.

Our caravan has a large master bedroom with a double bed, newly laid carpet, a wardrobe, draws, a dressing table and TV, plus an en-suite toilet with a basin. The second bedroom has newly laid carpet, two single beds, a double overhead cupboard and a single wardrobe.

Both bedrooms have panel heaters*.

Please ensure you switch off the heaters at the socket before going to sleep and after every use. The one in the second room is close to the end of the bed, so please be extra vigilant with this one, please don’t leave it on while you sleep and please DO NOT cover any of the heaters.

The lounge is spacious and includes new flooring, a large Samsung Freeview TV. There is a double pull-out sofa bed under the seating area in the lounge, and we also have a seated eating area in the lounge.
We are hoping to upholster the seating areas next season.

The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and basin. Again, there is a panel heater in the bathroom, but please switch this off at the socket after each use of it and please DO NOT cover it.

The kitchen is equipped with an integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave, and a hot plate, along with all kitchen equipment. There is also an iron in the cupboard.

Outside, we have a decking area which runs along side the caravan and has been extending outwards slightly.

Duvets, pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors are provided. Please state on enquiring about booking your holiday if bedding is needed.

Please remember to take your own bath towels and hand towels as these are not provided also.

We include the price for gas and electric in your holiday.

Bookings & Conditions

We will require a £100 deposit to secure your booking. This is non refundable if you cancel your holiday at any point, if your balance is not paid on time or if anyone has been allowed to stay there who was not booked in via us on the booking form or if we are made aware of any issues at our caravan, on the site / at the club during your stay, if any smoking (or smoking cannabis) or drug use of any sort has taken in our caravan.
If all is ok then the deposit will be refunded once the caravan has been checked after your departure (this may take a day or two).

The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date. If you require a late booking, then the full payment would be required upon booking.

We accept payment via bank transfer. Once your full payment has been confirmed, we will send you your booking form and receipt. Please ensure that you take your booking form and ID with you as you will need to produce this at the site office or clubhouse to obtain the keys to our caravan.

After your holiday, please ensure you return the caravan keys to the office or clubhouse (if closed there is a box for the keys on the wall outside the clubhouse).

The caravan will be available from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am.

When leaving the caravan please ensure the below:

1) Turn all plug sockets off

2) Please empty any food that you have stored in the fridge freezer and cupboards and ensure that you take this with you. Please also ensure that you empty the bin too and take the rubbish to the bin area next to the site office.

3) Make sure all windows are locked

4) Make sure both doors are locked

5) Make sure the boiler is switched off

6) Make sure the gas and electric has been turned off outside

7) Please leave the fridge and freezer doors slightly open
