Caravan Description
Luxury 3 bedroom modern silver grade holiday home with a full wrap around gated decking, located on the sought after area of Excalibur, close to the nature reserve and a 5 minute walk to the complex.
This luxury holiday caravan is slightly larger being 40ft long, it has all modern appliances and offers a very modern feel to it, it has open plan features and designer touches, including a dishwasher and a feature TV wall. It offers a high specification with pure indulgence, the bright and modern interior in shades of blues and creams gives you luxury living, you will love what this holiday home has to offer.
LIVING ROOM:
We have a 40” Freeview TV, DVD player, freestanding L-shaped sofa with scatter cushions, coffee table, pull out cube stools, LED lighting and storage.
The double sliding patio doors open out on to the decking which offers a stylish dining table, bench and two chairs.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your self-catering holiday with all mod cons including a glass fronted oven & grill, black designer cooker hood with extractor fan, integrated fridge freezer with double doors, dishwasher, plenty of storage units and in the dining area we have a stylish table with a bench.
BEDROOMS:
Our holiday home has three bedrooms for your family.
The double bedroom has a DuVally mattress, reading lights, bedside units, LED feature lighting over the bed, ample storage, vanity area, LED lit mirror, integral double, mirror wardrobes and the added bonus of an en-suite toilet and washbasin.
The two twin bedrooms have twin beds, plenty of storage, wardrobe, LED reading lights, and DuVally mattresses.
Please note: I supply all duvets and pillows, all mattresses have protectors on, please remember to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea- towels.
BATHROOM:
The larger family bathroom has a shower cubicle, vanity with LED lighting, plenty of storage, heated towel rail, and a toilet.
OUTSIDE:
On our full wrap-around decking area has a rattan dining cube for you to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a private parking space and a grassed area to the side of the caravan.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.
We require a £100 deposit, which is to be paid up on booking in order to secure your dates.
The remaining full balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
Your £100 deposit will act as a £100 security bond during your stay and will be fully refunded after your departure and the caravan has been checked for damages or losses found. We reserve the right to charge for any specialist cleaning or repairs occurred during your stay!
