A bus stops outside the park entrance. OAP Concessionary bus passes can be used in Cornwall.
The park benefits from having a heated swimming pool,zip wire play areas for older kids & swing slide play area for younger children,two fishing lakes,crazy golf,pets corner,games room.Free ranger led activities (during half term only).
There are no noisy kids clubs or pubs on site.

Inside the caravan has a spacious open plan layout, is modern,with a homely feel,& will sleep 4-6 guests.Our caravan is up to date with all the needed annual safety checks. New black out curtains,& sofa cushions were replaced/renewed in 2018/19
Caravan is centrally heated & double glazed. It comprises of two bedrooms; a dining and kitchen area; cosy lounge area with stand alone comfy sofas,family bathroom + additional en suite toilet in the double bedroom.
The caravan is situated in the private owners area on ‘Lakeview’ & accessed via electric gates. It’s a quieter area of the park, yet still only minutes away from the main park facility areas.There is adjacent parking for two small cars or 1 large.
We benefit from being in a convenient position to the two fishing lakes. ‘Trevella’ lake & Springfield’ lake are just metres away! Fishing is free for our guests, licence required,supplies can be bought on site.

Outside the outlook is nice, with views towards Trevella lake and open countryside. The raised deck is fully enclosed, with a secured gate. On the deck is patio furniture and loungers, making it a lovely space to relax, unwind and watch the wildlife. There are grassed areas around for play and with no through roads passing by in front of the caravan, children can be observed easily outside playing whilst you sit on the deck or terrace.

Our holiday home is very well equipped for your self-catered stay,& will include complimentary sachets of tea,coffee,sugar and fresh milk in the fridge ready so you can enjoy a nice cuppa on arrival !

Bookings & Conditions

Deposits are £75 per week (high season) and £50 per week (low/mid season)
We do ask for a £75 security/damage payment.refundable when caravan is reported back in satisfactory condition.
(refunded back within 5 days. we don’t charge for minor breakages.
Instalment plans can be set up to spread the cost of your holiday.
Deposits are non-refundable once booked.
All balances are due in full 8 weeks before holiday start dates.
Our accommodation is suitable for families and couples.
Sorry we dont accept pets or single sex groups,parties.
We are unable to take bookings from parties or individuals under the age of 21 (site rules).
Caravan is strictly a no smoking/vaping zone.
BBQs are not allowed on the wood decking. Please use grassed areas away from the caravan. Blocks can be obtained from Reception.

Trevella Park is set in the beautiful area of Crantock and Newquay. Trevella is a multi-award-winning Park that won one of the top 10 best parks in Cornwall & the UK in 2018. The park is 5* awarded.

Out & About
Trevella Park is set in the beautiful area of Crantock and Newquay town. Crantock (1 mile) is a pretty village with a fabulous sandy beach,estuary and blue seas. The estuary is great for water sports,at low tide its great for playing around in the water. Body boards & wetsuits can be hired from the beach.Life guards patrol the beach & estuary during the holiday season.
Crantock has a Post Office, two pubs, a church, tea shop and a llcensed grocery store with newspapers, freshly baked pasties and beach goods. Walking to the village takes around 20 to 30 minutes - or less than 5 minutes by car. A bus service stops outside the park entrance travelling towards Newquay Crantock Truro.
From Crantock beach you can explore West Pentire and Fistral beach on foot, some is up steep steps. At the top stop for lunch or ice cream at the the Fern Pitt café in sub tropical surroundings & amazing views.! A ferry service runs when the river/tide is in (seasonal).

From the park why not try the woodland walk through fields & countryside (3/4 mile) eventually reaching the estuary and beach. At low tide it opens up, exposing a huge sandy expanse - a great walking area with crabbing & rock pools for the kids. Please Note - tide times apply. Tide timetable/booklets can be bought from the Park Reception. This walk takes around 20 to 30 minutes, plus a few more minutes to reach the beach.

This is a lively town (3 miles) & known as the surfing capital. Theres lots to do for all ages: Pony trekking along the Gannel estuary,harbour, boat trips; cinema; bowling; outdoor bowls; attractions; zoo; boating lake; Sea Life Centre; miniature railway; Oasis fun pools; shops; several beaches and coastlines to walk, plus more! There’s lots of places to eat and drink too.The main A30 is easily accessible taking you to Cornwall’s many tourist attractions & National trust sites.

The closest shop is the mini market in Crantock opens late Mon-Sun In summer. The main supermarkets are Morrison’s & Lidl, around 2 miles away. Newquay town has a Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Asda & Tesco Express.
