Caravan Description
My *PET FREE* 4/5 berth static caravan is situated on The Green at Trevella Holiday Park, Crantock, Newquay. A lovely place to stay for couples and families to enjoy the wonderful beaches, and all that north Cornwall has to offer. Trevella is situated in a very convenient position, very close to Newquay beaches, and is a 4 star holiday park, one of the best, with an outdoor heated swimming pool, child's play areas, an amusement arcade, plus two well stocked lovely fishing lakes for the anglers of the family to try their luck.
My caravan has two bedrooms, and sleeps 4 guests. There is a pull out bed for a quest in the living room area.
The Bed Linen is of good quality, and laundered and pressed by me. The beds have mattress protectors, which are regularly washed.
All the rooms have radiators, the caravan has double glazing, and has central heating with an electric fire in the living room.
No hen or stag parties permitted in the caravan please, or any pets. No dogs allowed in van. .
Bedroom one has a king-size bed (with mattress protector and topper), a large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of room for your things, a hair drier, and where the vacuum cleaner is housed. USB charging point at the side of the bed for your mobile phone. The bedroom also benefits from having an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The main bedroom is located at the back end of the caravan, with the bedroom window at the back of the van, which overlooks the wood and fields, and not vans.
When the tide is right up at Crantock beach, you can even hear the roar of the waves on the beach in the distance. This room is cool in the summer.
Bedroom two has two single beds (with mattress protectors), along with overhead cupboards and some drawers with hanging space.
There is a family bathroom along the corridor, with a good size shower, toilet and wash basin. The combi boiler is also housed there.
The kitchen is half partioned off from the living room, which is different from most caravan layouts. I prefer this layout as it gives more room for cupboard space, and appliances, like a dishwasher, and feels more cosier.
The kitchen is well equipped, and includes an under counter fridge and freezer 50/50 ; a dishwasher; full size cooker with extractor fan; microwave oven; toaster and bread bin; a cafetiere; various cooking utensils and plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery; pots and pans, plus a tall cupboard where the brushes and cleaning tools are found, ironing board and electric iron.
The living room area has a large L shaped sofa with a pull-out bed if needed, 4ft size (bed linen is not provided for this, unless asked for), There is a large 42 inch TV in the living room.
The caravan does have WiFi through Vfast which guests pay for.
There is an XBOX with games and a DVD player, with some DVDs and games.
Books on shelf for children and novels for adults. Board Games and some toys.
There is decking at the side of the caravan where there is a bistro set of furniture. It’s a lovely place to sit first thing in the morning to catch the early morning sun coming up from the east, whilst you are having your coffee or tea. Decking also at the front of the caravan, complete with a bench and small table. The front decking is south facing and accessed via the living room, patio door.
Decking to the side and front of the van.
Parking on a gravel parking bay for your car, next to the caravan.
Sorry, strictly NO pets and NO smoking or vaping allowed.
No barbecues please, allowed on decking.
There is a charging point for electric cars at the entrance of the park, by reception, and also near by in Newquay.
No charging cars from caravan hookup as could cause fires and against park rules. If found doing so, you will be asked to leave immediately from van. No refund.
Duvets and linen are provide, but NOT towels.
A Tea towel and hand towel will be provided.
Cleaning products are to be found in the caravan.
Liquid hand soap is provided and two toilet rolls.
*Gas and electric is included in the price, along with the service charge, and linen fees, all included.
Caravan check in and out times - dependent on how busy bookings are and the house keeping services schedule.
Check in after 3pm
Check out before 10am. Subject to availability.
Keys to the caravan are in a key safe, at the end of the side decking.
Deposit of £50 on booking, to secure your holiday. The full holiday payment to be payed 10 days before the arrival date please, (in peak times.)
The £50 deposit is also a damage deposit and if extra cleaning has too be done !. The £50 deposit will be refunded within the week of your departure, if all ok.
Sometimes things go wrong or china gets broke, accidents do happen, no worries, I will not be keeping your deposit if some china or glass gets broken!
But if you can let me know, that would be fab, thank you.
