Inside the holiday home:
The bright, open-plan living space combines a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Cornwall.

The kitchen includes:

• Full range of cookware, crockery and utensils
Everything you'll need to enjoy meals during your stay.

The spacious master bedroom offers plenty of storage with a fitted wardrobe, dressing table and peaceful meadow views, together with the added convenience of an en-suite WC.

The twin bedroom has been thoughtfully arranged to create a light, spacious feel and also includes wardrobe storage.

A modern family shower room features a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Bringing your four-legged friend?
We know holidays are even better when your dog can come too, so we're delighted to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.
Crantock Beach is one of Cornwall's most beautiful dog-friendly beaches for much of the year, and there are countless scenic coastal walks, woodland trails and dog-friendly cafés nearby for you all to enjoy.
To help keep Amber Sands looking its best for every guest, we simply ask that you use the throws provided if your dog would like to join you on the sofas or beds.

Guest Information
To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we kindly ask guests to observe the following:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the holiday home.
Charging electric vehicles from the caravan is strictly prohibited. Two dedicated EV charging points are available near the main reception. Failure to comply with this park rule may result in guests being asked to leave.
No parties or events are permitted in accordance with Trevella Holiday Park regulations.
Please be considerate of neighbouring holiday home owners and guests, particularly during the evening.

Booking Terms
A £100 deposit secures your booking (or full payment if booking within four weeks of arrival).
Cancellations made more than four weeks before arrival will receive a 50% refund of monies paid.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within seven days of arrival are non-refundable.
