Our lovely, pet friendly caravan at Trevella Holiday Park, which is close to Crantock Beach & Newquay, Cornwall, is located in a private, gated and quiet area of the park (Lake View area) at the end of a no-through road.

We offer you peace and tranquillity, with views from the decking across to one of two on-site fishing lakes.

Key features of our pet friendly caravan include:

. Off-road parking for up to 2 cars next to the caravan
. All ground floor – 4 steps up to entrance
. Two bedrooms: one king size with en-suite basin and WC, plus one twin: with bed linen included for bookings of 5 nights or more
. Dedicated Wi-Fi with unlimited data, plus a 42" Smart TV in the lounge
. One shower room, including basin and WC, plus a separate toilet with basin in the master bedroom
. Open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and lounge area
. Gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron, hair dryer, 42" Smart TV, DVD player
. Wraparound UPVC decking area which gets the sun all day, with decking furniture

Bed linen included, with beds made for your arrival (no towels). Towels are available on request for a small fee.

Sorry, NO smoking allowed.

Up to 2 dogs are accepted – their details MUST be included on the booking form.

The Property
The location of our caravan at Trevella Holiday Park is perfect for those interested in beach holidays, fishing, walking, exploring the local area and relaxing.

You enter a spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen area, where you can open the patio doors onto the decking and soak up the beauty and tranquillity of the Trevella Lake. If the weather isn’t that great you can turn up the heating, enjoy the TV, watch some of the DVD's that we have left for you or listen to some music. The central heating and double glazing will keep you warm and toasty when the weather turns!

The kitchen houses a range of appliances (gas hob & oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine). Down the hall are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both rooms offer plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The master bedroom benefits from its own toilet and sink en-suite. There is a family shower room situated off the main hallway.

The decking area wraps around the caravan, with a dining table and chairs allowing you to make the most of the view across to the lake. The perfect place to enjoy breakfast and make plans for your day out exploring the area or just to sit and watch the local wildlife. If you fancy a bit of sun bathing - there are 2 sun loungers on the side decking area - which offers privacy and sunshine!

To the rear of the caravan there is a metal storage box available to store any fishing equipment, bait, surf boards, wet suits etc. There is a hose and shower head to wash down muddy / sandy pups and wetsuits!

Sorry, NO smoking in the caravan OR on the decking. Park rules state no same sex groups and lead booker must be over 21; no electric vehicle charging of any sort from the caravan. There is an electric vehicle charging point at reception.

We have a further 4 caravans available for hire, one other holiday home at Trevella and three are located at White Acres Holiday Park - Ref - 10247, 10247b, 10247d, and 10247e.

Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT
• To secure your booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £50

PAYMENTS
• The outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, then payment in full is required.
• We require a £50 refundable security bond to be paid in addition to the holiday cost. This will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of your departure if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage. The caravan and contents will be checked after departure and any items missing or any damage to the caravan or its contents must be paid for in full. The hirer must inform the owners of any breakages, faults or problems as soon as possible. Photographs will be taken to ensure that there is no misunderstanding.

CANCELLATION
• If you cancel your holiday the following deductions with apply:
• If you cancel anytime up to 7 weeks prior to arrival - full deposit retained.
• If you cancel after this 100% of hire charge will be retained.
• We would suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs
• The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking should there be any equipment failure or damage by previous users which isn’t repairable in time. In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
• Check in time is 4pm. As soon as the caravan is ready for you, we will call to let you know.
• Check in process and key handover procedure will be emailed over the week prior to your holiday starting.
• Please vacate the caravan by 9am on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement for a later departure has been arranged (this may incur additional cost).
• Our aim is to hire caravans of a very high standard that are cleaned to a very high standard; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a service. To help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are renting, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.
• Ensure that you return the keys to the lock box on departure

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
• The park strictly prohibits the charging of electric cars from the domestic supply within the caravan
• If you breach this rule, we reserve the right to withhold your security bond to cover our costs

About the Area

Trevella Holiday Park’s closest beach and village is CRANTOCK. Crantock village centre is just under 1 mile away. The closest pubs and restaurants are The Albion and The Cornishman in Crantock village - both are very pet friendly.

Crantock beach is 1.3 miles, Newquay is 2.7 miles and Perranporth 14 miles.

The neighbouring town of Newquay offers a much more diverse choice of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. There is a passenger only ferry (rowing boat!) that runs from Crantock beach across to East Pentire during the summer when the tide is in. It is approx 25 mins walk down through the fields beyond Trevella to the Gannel Estuary. From here you can spend hours exploring the rock pools at low tide or wander up to the beach. It is worth checking out the tide times before going down. These can be found online.

If you choose to stay with us, you would be ideally located for exploring the expansive coastline of Cornwall, boasting areas such as the St. Agnes Heritage Coast, Godrevy Coast and The Roseland Heritage Coast.

The spectacular attractions of the Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium and Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm and beaches of Newquay, Porth and Watergate Bay are all within easy reach. Lake View is the perfect base for families looking to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer.
