Our ABI caravan is in the Sycamore Forest area of White Acres, sited close to Jenny's Lake, The Tackle Shop and First Bite Café. The club house, shop and takeaways are a few minutes walk away. The park is set in 184 acres of stunning Cornish countryside with numerous nature trails around the site and 12 fishing lakes.

- All ground floor – 3 steps up to entrance
- Two bedrooms: 1 x king size with en-suite shower room and 1 x twin - all mattresses are pocket sprung
- Two shower rooms with shower, basin and WC
- Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and lounge area.
- Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board, clothes airer, Bluetooth sound system with DAB radio
and Smart TV & DVD player in lounge and master bedroom
- Heating & electric are included
- Bed linen included with beds made on arrival. Additional charge for bed linen for stays of 3 & 4 days. Please message us for a price.
- Towels are not included but are available for a small charge should you require them: £3.50 per person
- Large secure decking area, with patio table, parasol and chairs. Decking gets the sun all day.
- Off-road parking for 1 car, additional parking available close by.

Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT
- To secure your booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £50

PAYMENTS
- The outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, then payment
in full is required.
- We require a £50 refundable security bond to be paid in addition to the holiday cost. This will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of your
departure if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage. The caravan and contents will be checked after departure and any items
missing or any damage to the caravan or its contents must be paid for in full. The hirer must inform the owners of any breakages, faults or problems
as soon as possible. Photographs will be taken to ensure that there is no misunderstanding.

CANCELLATION
- If you cancel your holiday the following deductions with apply:
- If you cancel anytime up to 7 weeks prior to arrival - full deposit retained.
- If you cancel after this 100% of hire charge will be retained.
- We would suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs
- The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking should there be any equipment failure or damage by previous users which isn’t repairable in time.
In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
- Check in process and key handover procedure will be emailed over the week prior to your holiday starting.
- Our aim is to hire caravans of a very high standard that are cleaned to a very high standard; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a
service. To help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are renting, and will leave the
caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.
- Ensure that you return the keys to the lock box on departure

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
- The park strictly prohibits the charging of any electric vehicle from the domestic supply within the caravan
- If you breach this rule, we reserve the right to withhold your security bond to cover our costs
