Our ABI caravan is in the Sycamore Forest area of White Acres, sited close to Jenny's Lake, The Tackle Shop and First Bite Cafe. The club house, shop and takeaways are a few minutes walk away. The park is set in 184 acres of stunning Cornish countryside with numerous nature trails around the site and 12 fishing lakes.
- All ground floor – 3 steps up to entrance
- Two bedrooms: 1 x king size with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC and 1 x twin - all mattresses are pocket sprung
- Two shower rooms with shower, basin and WC
- Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
- Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board, clothes airer, blue tooth sound system with DAB radio and blue tooth connectivity and Smart TV & DVD player in lounge and master bedroom
- Heating & electric are included
- Bed linen inc in rent with beds made on arrival for 5 day plus stays. Additional charge for stays of 3 & 4 days - on a per person per stay basis. Please message us for a price. Towels are not included within this price. They are available for a small charge should you ask us to supply them.
- Large secure sunny decking area, with patio table and chairs
- Off-road parking for 1 car, additional parking available close by. The park strictly prohibits charging of electric vehicles from the caravan for safety reasons.

About the Area
White Acres Holiday Park offers many on-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, children’s adventure play areas, a pitch and putt course, children's craft area, kids entertainment, adult evening entertainment and 12 fishing lakes.The park also features a new sports bar with pool tables, darts, and a curling lane, as well as a restaurant, bar, games arcade, bowling alley, and nightly entertainment, including a children’s disco and entertainers.
An entertainment pass, available for purchase from White Acres Park Reception, is required for access to the swimming pool, children's bookable activities and the bingo.
Guests can also enjoy the new pizza box and Scoops ice cream outlets with outdoor seating, as well as a dedicated arts and crafts room for children. The First Bite Café, located just a short walk from the lodge, serves breakfast and lunch daily, while a fish and chip takeaway is open every evening.
The caravan is ideally situated for exploring Cornwall’s breath taking coastline, including the St. Agnes Heritage Coast, Godrevy Coast, and The Roseland Heritage Coast. Several stunning beaches, such as Watergate Bay, Porth Beach, Mawgan Porth, and Crantock Beach, are all within a 10-minute drive. Popular attractions in the area include the Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium, Callestick Ice Cream Parlour, and Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm. The park is only 5 minutes from the main A30 which makes it an great location for exploring all of Cornwall.
