This luxury lakeside caravan, located in the Sycamore Forest area at White Acres Holiday Park, enjoys one of the most sought-after positions overlooking Jenny’s Lake. Just a two-minute walk from the tackle shop and café, it offers a perfect retreat for those interested in fishing, walking, and exploring the beauty of the Cornish countryside.
Spanning 184 acres, the park features stunning nature trails around 12 fishing lakes. I have included pictures of some of the lakes.
Inside the caravan, it boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, featuring a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space is equipped with a 42" TV and a DAB Bluetooth music system, while patio doors opening onto a wrap-around decking area, allowing you to enjoy the picturesque lakeside setting. The modern kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, microwave, frost free fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The accommodation comprises two well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with full-size single beds, all featuring pocket-sprung mattresses and TVs. Both rooms offer ample wardrobe and storage space.
A second shower room is conveniently located off the hallway.
Bed linen is provided, with beds made upon arrival; however, you will need to bring your own towels.
For shorter stays of three or four nights, bed linen is not included, it is available at an additional charge. Message us for a short stay quote.
The private decking area wraps around the lodge, offering outdoor seating with a wicker sofa and parasol, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while admiring the serene lake views.
Dedicated parking is available for one car, with additional parking close by.
Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted.
All-male or all-female groups are not permitted, and at least 50% of the party must be over the age of 25.
Only those listed on the booking form may stay in the caravan, and all guests’ names and ages must be provided at the time of booking.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within park buildings and the caravan.
Please note: guests staying in privately rented accommodation are not eligible to participate in any fishing festivals held at the park.

About the Area
White Acres Holiday Park offers an array of on-site amenities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, children’s adventure play areas, a pitch and putt course, and 12 fishing lakes.The park also features a new sports bar with pool tables, darts, and a curling lane, as well as a restaurant, bar, games arcade, bowling alley, and nightly entertainment, including a children’s disco and entertainers.
An entertainment pass, available for purchase from White Acres Park Reception, is required for access the pool, kids bookable activities and the bingo.
Guests can also enjoy the new pizza box and Scoops ice cream outlets with outdoor seating, as well as a dedicated arts and crafts room for children. The First Bite Café, located just a short walk from the lodge, serves breakfast and lunch daily, while a fish and chip takeaway is open every evening.
The caravan is ideally situated for exploring Cornwall’s breath taking coastline, including the St. Agnes Heritage Coast, Godrevy Coast, and The Roseland Heritage Coast. Several stunning beaches, such as Watergate Bay, Porth Beach, Mawgan Porth, and Crantock Beach, are all within a 10-minute drive. Popular attractions in the area include the Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium, Callestick Ice Cream Parlour, and Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm.
