Caravan Description
Our pet friendly caravan for rent on the 5 Star Trevella Holiday Park near Newquay in Cornwall, benefits from an open plan living area comprising the kitchen, diner and lounge.
Within the lounge area is a large 43” Freeview TV with storage cabinet beneath, two freestanding sofas (one a sofa bed) and complementary Wi-Fi. There’s also an electric fire to the feature wall, to supplement the gas central heating.
The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, free standing fridge and freezer, a microwave and an air fryer, along with ample crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Children's plastic plates and cutlery are also provided for our younger guests.
To enjoy family meals together, there is a modern dining table and two benches.
The two bedrooms comprise of a master double bedroom and a twin bedded room. The master bedroom has a double bed, handy shelves either side, overbed storage cabinets, a good size wardrobe with clothes hanging rails and a small, well-appointed vanity area with electric sockets for hair styling and grooming products. The master bedroom also benefits from having its own en-suite toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, overhead cabinets and a wardrobe.
There’s also a further sleeping area for two smaller children (or one adult) on one of the freestanding sofas in the lounge, which opens out to a sofa bed.
The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a cabinet and over sink wall mirror.
Outside we have a large decking area, complete with 2 rattan corner sofas and a glass topped coffee table, to enjoy your al-fresco meals whilst relaxing in the daytime/evening sun. There’s also an outside tap, which is ideal for swilling off sandy feet and wetsuits after a hard day's fun on the beach.
Out Trevella caravan is located in the Towan area of the Park, and just opposite is a play area for young children. The plot also benefits from having parking spaces for two cars.
Within our pet friendly caravan at Trevella Holiday Park, we allow a maximum of two small or one larger dog. However, dogs MUST NOT be allowed on the beds, although they are welcome on the sofa, but ONLY when covering blankets are used. One of the pathways to the dog walking area is conveniently situated behind the caravan.
Bookings & Conditions
Cleaning products and equipment are provided for our guests' use, so please enjoy our holiday home, but we ask that you look after it, just as you would your own.
Towels are NOT provided, so pleas remember to bring with you.
Accidents can happen, so we respectfully ask you to let us know if anything gets broken so it can be replaced in time for future guests.
A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
A £100 security bond will also be required alongside the final payment, which will be refunded following your departure as long as the keys have been returned and the caravan left clean and tidy, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

About the Area
Trevella Holiday Park is location in Crantock, near Newquay in North Cornwall. This 5 Star park offers many on site facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, which is open during the main season and is bookable at Reception. Other facilities include an amusement arcade, 3 children's play areas around the site, crazy golf, a fishing lake (fishing licenses must be shown to Reception), large dog walking area and an outdoor dog wash area.A launderette and shop are located near Reception, which is also were you will find EV charging points.
The Piskie Inn, possibly the smallest pub in Cornwall, is on site too and open early most evenings. There is also a food truck selling hot dogs and burgers, plus regular visiting food trucks for takeaway food.
Venturing off site, North Cornwall is home to several dog friendly beaches, and close to Trevella Holiday Park are Crantock Beach and Fistral Beach.
Newquay is approximately 2 miles away and Perranporth is less than 10 miles away. The City of Truro is around a 30 minute drive.
There are several large supermarkets within close proximity, including Morrisons, Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s.
The Bowgie Inn, The Cornishman and The Fort Inn, all serve food and are close by. It is advisable to book beforehand if planning to eat at any of these as they are very popular.
The town of Newquay and surrounding areas, also has several takeaways to choose from.
