Lodge Description
Our large Lakeside Lodge 40’ x 20’, Superior 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Atlas Lilac Lodge with decking is for hire on Trevella Holiday Park in Newquay. Ideal for those looking for a restful break,and having all the amenities of home.
Situated in the Lake View area, on what we think is the best plot on Trevella Holiday Park, the lodge is located in a gated location within the Park and overlooks a fishing lake. It has a spacious decking area outside and the adjoining parking area takes 2 cars
The Lodge has an open plan living area comprising of the kitchen, lounge and dining area. In the lounge and dining area there are sofas, a 42" Smart TV, electric fire and dining table with 4 chairs. Patio doors lead out to the decking area, which offers a great view of the lakeside area.
The spacious kitchen area includes a large fridge/freezer, oven/gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, Washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc and all usual kitchen utensils.
Within the master bedroom is a double bed, 32" Smart TV, large walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, along with a full size wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and a mirror.
The family bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, sink unit and WC.

Outside we have a decking area with garden table, 4 chairs and a sunbed, so you can sit back, relax and take in the lovely scenery, peace and quiet.
In 2022, Wi-Fi was upgraded at the lodge, to ensure good connectivity and speed.
Location
Trevella Holiday Park is a 5* Park, often voted one of Cornwall's best holiday parks.
Facilities on site include an outdoor heated swimming pool; 3 fenced play areas with climbing equipment, swings and slides etc.; mini pitch and putt; games room; a shop stocked with most necessities; and a takeaway wagon or two.
There is also a small Pub on site, the 'Piskie Inn', with outside tables to enjoy the sunny Cornish weather (we hope!)
Right outside our lodge is the well-stocked, large fishing lake. Carp, bream and roach are the main species to be caught. There is a second fishing lake close by on site also
