Caravan Description

Our beautiful 16 Lakeview, "Pelham Retreat", caravan for hire on the award-winning, 5 Star Trevella Park in the beautiful area of Crantock in Cornwall, is a 38’ x 12’ ABI Elan.

Our luxury centrally heated and double glazed caravan is situated in a tranquil lakeside location in this superior area of the site. A large wraparound, glass fronted and furnished deck takes in the views of the lakes, which are right on your door step.

The caravan offers 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The spacious main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite with a bath. There is also a twin bedroom, plus family bathroom opposite.

An extra fold-out double sofa bed is located in the living area.

Bed linen can be included at an extra cost - please discuss this when booking. All beds and pillows have mattress and pillow protectors.

Hand towels will be provided in bathrooms but Bath and Beach towels will need to be brought from home.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining area has a gas cooker, full size fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, Dolce Gusto drinks machine, toaster and extensive crockery and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Within the lounge there is a TV and built-in DVD player, a docking station and electric fire. Double doors lead out to decked area with outdoor table and chairs.

Parking for two cars is available alongside the caravan.

Gas, electric and WiFi are included in the price

A fire extinguisher and fire alarms are fitted for peace of mind.

Booking Term & Conditions:

Strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan or on the decking.

No BBQs on the decking.

No single sex group bookings strictly families and couples only (site rules)

Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your chosen dates.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your holiday.

If you book within 4 weeks of your start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation after paying the balance is paid will incur a loss of the balance.

A separate £100 holding deposit will be required with the final payment. This is to cover any damage, breakages and loss of items, such as keys and gate fob. It will be refunded within 7 days of your departure following satisfactory inspection of the caravan and as long as no excessive cleaning etc. is required. Sometimes accidents happen and a glass/plate may get broken. We will not deduct this damage from your deposit but if you would be kind enough to let us know we can arrange a replacement for either yourself, should you need it, or the following guests.

All payments to be made via bank transfer.

A full list of names and ages will be required when booking.

We are happy for you to bring your pets with you but they must not be left alone in the caravan. We are guided by our holiday park and therefore we do not accept any dogs that are listed in the dangerous dogs act 1991.

Arrival no earlier than 4pm - departure by 10am on final day.
