Caravan Description

Our beautiful ABI Arizona, 6 berth, dog friendly caravan to let on Trevella Holiday Park, is situated in Towan.

Now taking bookings for 2026 and available 52 weeks of the year!

@Towan5 is our 36ft x 12ft caravan at Trevella Holiday Park.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a fold-out double sofa bed in the lounge.

There is an open plan living area, comprising the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

It also has a secure wraparound decking to the front and side; perfect for dogs and small children.

In brief, our gas central heated and double glazed caravan on Trevella Holiday Park, comprises:

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/hob, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans etc.
Comfortable lounge with Smart TV, an electric log fire and large L shaped sofa incorporating a pull-out bed
Dining area
Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite toilet with hand basin
Twin bedroom with two single beds
Bathroom with double shower, toilet and wash basin
Secure wraparound decking

Fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector

We are happy to accept up to two small to medium dogs – please enquire. Dogs MUST NOT be left alone in the caravan.

All bed linen in included, along with towels (not swimming or beach towels)

Booking Terms & Conditions

Couples and families only.


NO BBQs allowed on the decking.

NO smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan or on the decking.

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will be required to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.

If booking within 6 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

A separate £100 security deposit will also be required with the final payment. This is to cover any loss, damage, breakages or the loss of as keys and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, following satisfactory inspection of the caravan.

We appreciate that accidents do happen, but we won’t deduct for minor breakages. However, if you would be kind enough to let us know we can ensure we have replaced for either yourself or future guests.

Payments is via bank transfer.

Contact names and ages of all guests is required when booking.

Arrival day is Saturday, with check in from 4pm. Check out is by 10am.

We will be in contact prior to your arrival with the key safe details. This will usually be the Thursday or Friday, ready for your Saturday arrival.

Please return keys to key safe on departure.
