Welcome to 63 The Lea, a modern two bedroom caravan, in the quiet, owner's area of Trevella Holiday Park in the heart of Crantock, Newquay, Cornwall.
Sleeps 5–6 people, great for families with a small pull out bed in the living room suitable for 2 small people or one adult. Or people that enjoy a close snuggle!
We love dogs and welcome them into our caravan! We allow 2 small, or one large dog. (Park rules are 2 dogs max).
Our modern, well-equipped, 2018 ABI Sunnyvale caravan for hire on Trevella Holiday Park, is Ideal for families and groups. Located on a quiet, well-kept owner's area with a large garden area and picnic bench to enjoy the sun as it moves around the van.
We sleep up to 6 people and is wonderfully dog-friendly, so your furry friend can enjoy the seaside adventure too.
The van sleeps up to six guests, there are two modern bedrooms, a master king-size bedroom, with an en-suite bath & shower and a twin bedded room. There is also a small sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for two small people or one adult). The bathroom has a large shower in the modern bathroom.
Our caravan is designed for convenience and comfort, with modern amenities for a relaxing stay. It features a range of modern appliances to make your holiday stress-free and comprises:
Fully equipped kitchen - prepare delicious meals, with a cooker, microwave and the modern convenience of an air fryer. There’s also a coffee machine so you can start your day right with a fresh brew on our veranda.
Contemporary, comfortable living room - with a 40 inch, smart TV. Enjoy the bright, modern interior with comfortable seating after a day on the beach or exploring Cornwall and its many family-friendly adventures. A dining area to enjoy a delicious evening meal.
Internet access - stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Outside - we have a lovely sunny decking area with comfortable seating and a BBQ for your use, and a large grass area where children can play.
Pets - we are dog-friendly and well-behaved dogs are welcome (2 max), please ask for a price. There is a dog walking area on site.
Our caravan is perfectly situated close to the beautiful, year-round, the dog-friendly Crantock Beach in Cornwall.
Facilities - Free fishing lake, dog walk, free outdoor pool, a bar and take away, launderette, dog & Wetsuit wash as well as a well-equipped shop
We offer 4,5 and 7 nights stays. Summer (July & August) months are a minimum of 7 nights with bedding and dogs included in the price. Other times bedding is available at £40 extra.
Terms & Conditions
This is a privately owned let on Trevella Holiday Park. We want you to relax and be at home, and treat the accommodation with respect and keep it clean and tidy.A one hundred GBP deposit s required to secure your booking. Full payment is due six weeks before the date of the holiday. Cancellations prior to this will receive the deposit back in full. Failure to pay or cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
Dogs allowed, but must not be left alone in the caravan. No dogs on the beds, they are allowed on the sofa when the sofa is covered with blankets provided.
Check in is from 3pm (earlier check in may be available depending on cleaning schedules). Check out is 10.30 on the day of departure.
You are required to adhere to Trevella Holiday Parks T&C.
You will be sent full T&C upon booking.
