This 2 bedroom Atlas Concept is a very stylish, comfortable caravan situated on the highly sought after Woodlands pitches, with stunning views of the Fleet, Chesil Bank and Lyme Bay. As a concept caravan it boasts many unique features such as a separate dining section, an en-suite with 3/4 size bath and shower, a further shower room and skylights. We have tried to make it our home from home with high quality ornaments and prints.
It has full double glazing, central heating and is well equipped. There is an outside wooden table with benches on a grassed area where the amazing views and sunsets can be fully appreciated whilst dining alfresco. Here you can also watch the swans, Brent geese, badgers, foxes and diverse wildlife.
The caravan is also situated within easy access to the coastal path for walks along the Fleet lagoon or into Weymouth. The many coastal places of interest can also be reached by catching the frequent buses which stop at Littlesea.
For added peace and quiet, cars are parked about 25 meters away from the caravan and are visible at all times.
There are also some short-break holidays available.

As you enter through the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, 5 ring calor-gas hob, grill and large oven, double sink (from where there are the magnificent views), ample storage space and all the equipment necessary for your holiday. You will also find a welcome pack so that you can make a drink after your drive. On the right is a raised, separate dining area with table, 4 chairs and ample storage space. Sit at breakfast and take advantage of the stunning views which can also be seen from the lounge and kitchen.
Entering the lounge there is a three-piece suite, an electric fire, a modern television with Freeview and DVD player, ample books, games and DVDs.
The twin-bedded room has good storage with a wardrobe, cupboards, drawers and a mirrored vanity unit. Opposite is the shower room with cupboards, sink, large mirror, toilet and shower. This also houses the gas boiler.
The stylish master bedroom has a luxury 5’ bed and plentiful fitted wardrobes, cupboards, drawers and vanity unit. The integral door leads to the en-suite bathroom with its ¾ length bath, overhead shower, toilet, sink, mirror and cupboards.
All bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included, and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival. We suggest, however that you bring towels for swimming or use on the beach.
Terms and Conditions:
This is a non-smoking caravan and if a deep clean is necessary to eliminate the smell of smoke then there will be a charge of £75. No single-sex party bookings and Littlesea fun passes can be purchased from the site’s reception area. We would prefer it if children play ball games in the designated play areas.
There is a £75 booking deposit and the balance, or full payment 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Payment is by direct bank transfer; the account details will be given. There is also a £75 deposit against breakages and a cheque will suffice. This is returned at the end of the holiday if there is no damage.

Littlesea Holiday Park, being 5* has all the facilities you would expect of such a highly regarded site. Some are accessible with a fun pass, available at reception. The on-site attractions include, restaurant and bars, Starbucks, swimming pools, showbar with live entertainments, amusement arcade, shop, launderette, crazy golf, tennis, children’s play areas, Wi-Fi, fish and chip shop and Papa Johns.
Locally there is a golf course, swimming pool, many sea-fishing opportunities, the beautiful Abbotsbury Tropical Gardens, Swannery and children’s farm and wonderful beaches at Weymouth, West Bay and Lyme Regis, all within easy access.
