We aim to beat the price, quality, and provided features/equipment you will be offered by Haven when booking with them directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on the park.
Please challenge us on our pricing if you have reason to believe it's not competitive.

Please note that we do not provide bed linen or towels, and we are unable to provide entertainment passes. Duvets and pillows are provided but MUST be covered, and entertainment passes can only be purchased from Haven directly.

For hire is our family owned, luxury, 3-bedroom / 6 berth holiday home at Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth, Dorset.

The holiday home benefits from gold grade features including an en-suite WC, complimentary Wi-Fi, wrap around decking, outside seating, double glazing, central heating, TVs in every bedroom, Smart TV in lounge, Nintendo Wii, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, a Bluetooth speaker system, and allocated parking.

This family owned luxury holiday home is situated in a well sought after and quiet area on the Littlesea Haven holiday park in Weymouth, Dorset. The pitch location and number is Wey Valley 13, which is nicely located close to the parks central amenities. Benefits include hardstanding allocated parking with further unallocated spaces nearby, level positioning ideal for guests with mobility problems, paved patio area with bench and hedgerow to rear of pitch for added privacy.

The holiday home features a full wrap around decking, outdoor LED lighting, double glazed windows, French doors, gas central heating system + electric fireplace and smart thermostat, integrated dishwasher & tall fridge/freezer, built in microwave, USB sockets and Bluetooth speaker system.

Additionally it has a 42” smart TV in the living room plus a TV in each of the three bedrooms, 4G WiFi, Nintendo Wii games console with a selection of games, travel cot, bed guard, air fryer, kettle & toaster, quality crockery, cookware & utensils, ironing board & iron, spray mop and cordless vacuum cleaner.

PITCH ~ The holiday home is nicely located close to the parks central amenities with just a 2 minute level walk to the main complex, but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. There is a small open grassed area directly opposite and no through traffic making it safe for little ones to play. Private hardstanding parking directly next to the holiday home and further unallocated parking nearby.

OUTSIDE ~ Patio area with bench, full wrap around decking with rattan furniture and parasol, outdoor led lighting and full double glazing all round.

LOUNGE ~ A spacious living area with two comfortable sofas, coffee table & stools, 42" wall mounted smart TV, Nintendo Wii games console, Bluetooth speaker system, and a cosy feel remote controlled electric fireplace. French doors lead out onto the veranda.

KITCHEN ~ This modern kitchen is surprisingly well equipped with all the essentials including a large fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, mugs, glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans and much more. Pretty much everything you should need and even an integrated dishwasher!

DINING AREA ~ You'll find a good sized table here with 4 chairs plus two additional folding chairs (if needed) stored underneath the master bedroom bed. In the boiler cupboard next to the fridge/freezer there is a cordless vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, a spray mop, and some clothes airers.

MASTER BEDROOM ~ Offers plenty of space, storage and comfort with a double bed, 32" wall mounted smart TV, dressing table, vanity mirror with added Hollywood lights, hairdryer, a fan for the warmer nights, and an en-suite WC.

TWIN BEDROOMS ~ Both offering further TVs, comfortable single beds, plenty of storage and plug sockets for your devices.
There is also a travel cot and bed guard stored in the master bedroom and available to use by guests with young children.

MAIN BATHROOM ~ A good deal of space, with a toilet, wall-hung sink with mirrored cabinet, a double-sized shower enclosure and a heated towel rail.

BOOKING TERMS:
Available from March through to November for 3,4 and 7+ night stays. Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Fri-Fri, Mon-Mon.
We are offering very competitive rental prices for this grade of holiday home and endeavour not to be beaten on price for this level of quality.

We will require you to provide the following details for lead booking:

*Contact email address
*Full home address
*Copy of photo ID
Also to provide full names and contact telephone numbers for each guest aged 16+, along with your method of transport and vehicle registration number(s) if applicable.

Payments made via bank transfer.
Non-refundable deposit of £100 upon booking, or payment in full if your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking date.
Full or remaining balance of holiday to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Security deposit of £100 is also required, which is returned on your departure and after inspection of the holiday home.
Reservation requests will expire after 7 days, unless a completed booking form and/or deposit payment is received.
“The Owners” will confirm your booking within 7 days of receipt of your completed booking form and deposit payment.
Check in from 15:00hrs.
Check out by 11:00hrs.
No smoking.
No pets.
No stag or hen parties.
No groups under 21 years of age.
No same sex groups.
Linen not included.
Entertainment passes not included.
