Welcome to our beautiful Beaumont Residential 42' x 14' caravan here at Haven Littlesea, situated less than a minute away from complex and boasting great sea views and amazing sunsets.

Complex less than a minute away from caravan and bus stop in front of us.
Master bedroom has king size bed with plenty of space around the bed, 32 inch wall mounted TV, dress area with wardrobes, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin.
Twin room has 2 bigger single beds with 22 inch wall mounted TV, wardrobe, drawers plus bedside cabinet.
We also have a sofa bed in lounge so can sleep up to 6 people.
Main bathroom has large shower with toilet and basin.
Open plan kitchen with all modern appliances including kettle, toaster, slow cooker, microwave, oven/hob, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Dining table with 4 chairs.
Lounge has 2 free standing sofas looking out onto the decking and sea views.
55" smart TV and DVD player.
Sky installed and includes sky sports.
Free Wifi
Beds will be made up for your arrival along with a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.
Pet friendly £25 per dog ( 2 small dogs or 1 large dog)
Sorry no cats.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from main reception.
PRICES FOR 2026 ARE AS FOLLOWS

ELECTRIC CARS are NOT allowed to charge next to caravan, as the electric going into caravan is too low. Haven have installed electric charging points in the main car park by reception.

We use Haven approved cleaning company to do our changeover cleans.

The full balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. We will require a refundable security bond of £75 to cover any damage, loss or breakages. This will be returned to you 2 days after the departure date, subject to loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

If the site has to close and the holiday is cancelled, a refund will be given or we can change your dates for you. If for any reason you cancel and the site is open, no refund will be given once the balance is paid 6 weeks before.

All we ask is you leave the caravan as you would expect to find it. Any spillages, including wine, drinks or nail varnish must be cleaned up without staining the carpets.

NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS.

3, 7, 10 or 14-night breaks.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please do not overstay as the cleaning company will be waiting to come in.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price, but can be purchased from main reception upon arrival.
