Welcome to ‘Lloyd’s Retreat’ our beautiful Atlas Image, 3 bedroom caravan for hire on Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth, situated on Woodlands & offering panoramic views of the park and Fleet Lagoon.

Dates available from 29 July to 26 August ONLY.

Our caravan is beautifully maintained, modern and comfortable, with double glazing and central heating throughout. It has a spacious, open plan living area with free standing 3 piece suite, large footstool and high quality fitted furniture. Large flat screen TV, DVD player, Xbox and a cosy, modern electric fire. Front opening sliding patio doors with decking and seating area.

The dining area features a freestanding table and 4 chairs within an open plan layout.

Stylish kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, Gas oven, grill with 5 burner hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and air fryer.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite WC.

Two twin bedrooms with single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs.
Bed linen is provided but you will be required to bring your own towels, bath mat and tea towels.

Main bathroom with large shower, wash basin and WC.

The entrance hall has shoe storage and hanging space for coats.

Enjoy the amazing views or watch the sunset from our front and side decking with seating area. We also have a large, grassed area, patio with a wooden bench.

Woodlands is a lovely and peaceful location on the top tier of the park, due to the location, there is no parking directly next to the caravan. However, allocated parking for the Woodlands area is available directly below a few meters away down a short slope and steps. It is just a short walking distance from the amenities.

A bus stop is within walking distance of the facilities and offers a regular bus service to Weymouth’s seafront.




Booking and conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

In addition a £150 security deposit will be required to cover any damage, loss, or breakages. This will be refunded within 7 days after your departure providing everything is in order.

Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover any cancellation you may need to make.

Check in is from 3pm - drive straight to your accommodation. No queuing required.

Check out is from 10am PROMPT.

All bins, fridge, cupboards, and dishwasher to be emptied, washing up to be done and put away,
and rubbish disposed of in the allocated bins located by the parking bays.

We ask that you leave our caravan how you found it, clean and tidy for the next guests.
NO food or drink in the bedrooms.

All windows and doors must be locked shut and the key returned to the lock box.

Strictly NO smoking or vaping in the caravan or on the decking.

NO BBQs due to fire risk and damage.

NO pets allowed.

All Haven parks are designed with families and couples in mind therefore, NO single sex groups or hen and stag parties allowed.

Our caravan is normally booked Monday to Friday (4 nights) but other durations may be available upon request. Dates available from 29th July to 26th August ONLY.

Access to pools, entertainment venues and activities will require a Haven Play Pass. These are NOT included in the price of your stay. If required, these can be purchased directly from Haven via a link once your balance has been paid and details registered. Once you have purchased play passes, activities and table reservations can be booked 12 weeks in advance, swimming is 4 weeks in advance via the Haven app.

Access to The Mash & Barrel Restaurant, Cook’s Fish & Chips, Papa John’s Pizza, arcade and outdoor play area does NOT require a Haven Play Pass.

Visit the Blue flag award-winning Sandy beach, Nothe Fort, Sea Life Adventure Park and Portland.

The surrounding area includes Lulworth Cove, Durdle door, Abbotsbury Swannery, Lyme Regis, Corfe Castle, Swanage, Monkey World, The Tank Museum and so much more! The Jurassic coast is yours to explore!
