Graded Gold on Haven sites, 14ft wide 43ft long (602 sq/ft)our family holiday home on a quiet area of the park is very spacious and one of the largest caravans available, extra large wrap around gated decking with outside furniture, at the side is a grass play area. Tarmac parking at the front of the caravan.

Free Wi-Fi, Netflix available, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Discovery+, PS4 with games, Tower cooling fans for the warmer days/nights.

The large lounge includes free standing furniture, a wall-mounted 50 inch smart TV with soundbar, Apple streaming box, Blue Ray DVD player selection of DVD’s available. There are books, games, puzzles provided for all ages. A separate box of play toys along with a table & chairs being available for the younger ones. Local information booklet. New this year additional soundbar for music streaming from phone.

A fully fitted kitchen/dining area, with everything provided for 6 people. Full size fridge/freezer, 5 burner hob, oven and grill, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, George Foreman grill, slow cooker and the extra luxury of a dishwasher. First Aid kit available. New this year the addition of a Ninja air fryer.

All bedrooms are fitted with a TV and a bladeless fan to keep you cool on those sticky nights in summer.
The 2 twin rooms each have 2 single beds for double occupancy or can be converted easily to allow a single bed for one person or the addition of a cot (which we can supply)
The main bedroom has it’s own good sized en-suite shower room with toilet.

The bathroom is spacious, with the unusual aspect of a fitted bath; ideal for the very young child, bathmat supplied. There is also an overhead shower. Plus a useful step to assist the younger children.

Utility room, ideal for coats and shoes. Fitted with a washer/dryer, an Iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a cordless hoover are supplied.

Outside:- extra large gated wrap round decking with rattan cube dining set at the front and a bistro table on the side, seating cushions provided. A large grassed side area where children can play safely accessible from side decking steps. There is also a round wooden picnic table and BBQ for your use. Various outside games provided for your use, along with swim noodles & 2 micro scooters.

This caravan is situated in a quiet area of the park on Lagoon Close. There is no through traffic so safer for the younger children and it is just a short walk down to all the amenities.

Booking deposit:- £100 this is a non refundable deposit and is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

A refundable surcharge of £100 due with balance is required against damages/breakage. This is returned after the caravan has been checked. Please note that this is a No smoking or pets caravan any evidence found that require additional deep cleaning, costs will be deducted from the surcharge.

Prices are for caravan only holiday play passes are not included and can be purchased 12 weeks prior to arrival or at the reception desk on arrival. With the purchase of play passes activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance & swimming 4 weeks in advance of your holiday.

You should consider taking out your own cancellation insurance.
