The caravan is only a 5 minutes walk from the main entertainment complex and yet only 15 minutes from the famous Watering Hole pub on nearby Perranporth Beach. Penhale Sands (aka Perran Sands) beach is even closer at just a 10 minute walk. Penhale Sands is a dog-friendly beach meaning they are permitted to use it all year round (on or off a lead at present).
Caravan is available Saturday to Saturday only (7 nights). It can be booked for a shorter period but the full weekly price would still be payable. It is not available for hire before 6 April 2019. Last available week for hire is 19 October (half-term week).
Being dog-owners ourselves we welcome a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs free of charge (by agreement in advance).
NB: If you are bringing your favourite pooch, there are plenty of dog-friendly beaches nearby too.

Entertainment passes and are not included in the cost. These can be obtained from the site on arrival.
Duvets, duvet covers and pillows with pillow-case covers are provided free of charge. You must bring your own towels.
Changeovers on Saturdays.
We aim to have your accommodation ready by 3pm on your arrival day. Keys can be collected from main reception from 3pm unless notified otherwise. The prices quoted do not include Entertainment passes. You can purchase your optional entertainment/swimming passes if required, from reception at the same time, or earlier, by arrangement.
Caravan to be vacated by 11am prompt on day of departure to allow the cleaners to prepare for the next guests.
Bookings & Conditions
This is a family friendly site so unfortunately bookings cannot be accepted from large, same sex parties or anyone under the age of 21.
Holiday insurance is not included. You are advised to make alternative arrangements for travel insurance.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment must be made by BACS or cheque.
No smoking allowed.
Refundable Deposit (damage): An additional £200 refundable deposit is required at the time of final balance payment to cover any potential damage or replacement keys. Following departure, if the caravan is found to be in the same condition as at arrival, then the damage deposit will be returned, in full, within 7 days. If any damage/loss is identified, or the caravan is left in an unreasonable condition and requires extra cleaning or replacement of damaged fixtures or fittings, then the deposit will be retained in full or part.
Located on the rugged North Cornwall Coast, Perranporth is only a short distance from many of Cornwall's superb attractions. Nestling beautifully amongst rolling hills and areas of outstanding natural beauty, Perranporth, with its three miles of golden sands, clear waters, spectacular cliff walks and famous surf, attracts visitors from all over the world.

Perranporth village has evolved around the beach, and the golden sands are less than a couple of minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The beach provides endless opportunities for relaxing, playing or simply taking a leisurely walk. For those wishing for something a little more challenging, the South West Coast Path, accessed just a few minutes walk from the village, arguably boasts some of the most spectacular coastal views and ocean vistas in the world.
There is something for everyone to enjoy all year round, the fantastically talented and welcoming local community provide a host of events and activities, from the famous annual triathlon to the weekly flea markets. Perranporth is the ideal destination to enjoy a quiet relaxing break or a fun-filled action packed holiday.
