Caravan Description
Very quiet Piran Point location surrounded by the sand dunes.

Located near the historic St. Piran's Oratory - once buried but now uncovered - and St Piran's Cross, our Swift Loire caravan offers a comfortable and convenient retreat by the beach.
This is a very quiet peaceful location with no through road from the right. Perranporth beach is within walking distance with multiple scenic routes leading from the caravan including the nature board walk.
The caravan features:
Three bedrooms (1 double bedroom & 2 x twin bedrooms - all with central heating radiators)
Open plan lounge with Freeview TV (signal booster installed), coffee table and remote-operated electric fire
Dining area with free-standing dining table, bench seating and two free-standing stools
Kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge (ice box), kettle, toaster and microwave
Plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs, glasses and saucepans / frying pans / roasting trays are provided
Modern central heating boiler, double glazed windows and entrance door
Shower room with sink, central heating radiator and a separate WC / sink
Outside you will find a wooden picnic bench and parking is available on the grass beside the caravan. There is also a key safe.
Mattress Protectors, duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring bed linen, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
Wifi is available in the Surf Bay restaurant at the park.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome up to the size of a Labrador @ £5 p/n - £35 p/w - please confirm the breed(s) when emailing us.
To make a booking, please send us an email with the dates (Sat-Sat) and party details. A non-refundable rental deposit of £150 is required to secure a week with the remaining rental balance due for payment six weeks before the arrival date. If the arrival date is within six weeks, full payment would be required at the time of making the booking. An additional refundable good housekeeping / left as found deposit of £150 is payable one week before the arrival date. Payments are made by bank transfer.
2026 dates are only available to book after the end of this season - Oct/Nov 2025.

Perran Sands is a Haven holiday park, positioned above the stunning Perranporth beach.A nearby bus stop provides transport into town, while the expansive Penhale Sands stretch nearly three miles along the coast. On-site facilities include a shop, Surf Bay restaurant, Cooks Fish & Chip Shop, and Slim Chickens.
Dining establishments do not require passes, but entertainment and swimming pool access require passes, which can be purchased directly through the Haven website.
