If you are looking for a Prestige Plus caravan with decking, on a great pitch then look no further than our super 2013 Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, 3 bedroom, 8 berth which is a wonderful choice for families, friends and couples alike and makes the perfect holiday destination at any time of the season.

This spaciously modern caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout as well as its own private parking bay and French Doors leading out onto its large wrap around deck with Rattan furniture and looks out onto the sand dunes, perfect for those lazy summer days. It also comes with an access ramp so if you have young children in prams or buggies there are no steps to negotiate.

We have chosen a lovely quiet part of the park called Holywell Bay which is just a short walk to the entertainment complex, shops, bars and restaurants that this wonderful 4 star Haven site has to offer and only a 5 minute walk through the park to one of premier beaches in Cornwall Perran Bay with its 3 mile stretch of beautiful golden sands.

This is a modern caravan and at 38ft x 12ft can easily accommodate up to 8 people, the master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a good sized family shower room / WC. In the spacious living area you will find two free standing sofas including the sofa bed, a coffee table with foot stools and a 32 inch TV/DVD combi along with a small selection on DVDs.

There is a dinning table that seats 6 just opposite the open plan Kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped with a microwave on the peninsula unit, a full size oven with 4 burner gas hob and a large full sized built in fridge and separate freezer.

in order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels although we do supply all pillows and duvets.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. We charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75.00 with all first time bookings, this is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

We operate a strict no pets no smoking policy in this caravan.

Due to Covid 19 we will be adhering to government cleaning guidelines and to ensure the well being of our guests we will regularly be using a commercial fogging machine to deep clean all soft furnishings.

Please note that you are booking a Stay Vacation (caravan only) and entertainment passes are not included in the price. These Play Passes can be purchased subject to availability from reception on arrival if required and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Covid 19: Should the park be instructed to close under Covid 19 restrictions or a National lockdown be imposed we will be happy to offer to transfer your booking to a future date within the next 12 months subject to availability or offer a refund of your holiday cost minus the non refundable deposit.

Perran Sands Holiday Park is a 4 star site packed with things to see and do as you would expect from a Haven site. It offers easy access to St.Ives, Newquay and the Eden Project as well as the rest of Cornwall and is the perfect location for any type of holiday at any time of the season.

The major park attraction has to be the beautiful Perran Bay Beach with its three mile stretch of golden sand and spectacular views along the north Cornwall coast all easily accessed from within the park.

This large park has an abundance of facilities nestled among the sand dunes which include indoor heated swimming pools with flumes, arcades, astro turf sports court, adventure golf and playgrounds as well as bars, resturaunts, shops and top entertainment venues.

There really is so much to see and do at Perran Sands but with the added advantage of the picture perfect surroundings and top quality accommodation its entirely up to you how adventurous you want to be.
