This is a fabulous opportunity to holiday in our beautiful, Willerby Sheraton, luxury holiday home featuring far reaching views of breath-taking countryside and ’Perran Sands’ dunes.
Our holiday home is an ideal base for surfers, walkers and beach fans, featuring miles of golden sandy beaches, sand dunes and coastal paths for exploring suiting all tastes and ages. Whether you are looking for an excitement filled holiday or just a quiet break, everything you need is right here.
Our platinum style holiday home with decking is beautifully situated close to sand dunes and a short walk to the beach, within a popular & peaceful area, less than 5 mins walk to the central amenities.
Our home is accessible via a gentle, sloped decking ramp making it wheelchair and buggy friendly, plus the entire deck is gated which is ideal to prevent little ones wandering off. Alternatively, you can enter through the front opening patio doors which span almost the entire front elevation of the holiday home.
Inside our home you will find all you need to make your stay comfortable with the freedom to come and go as you please. Our accommodation is fully centrally heated and double glazed and furnished in a modern, contemporary style.
There is a fully fitted kitchen/diner with built-in oven, grill and gas hob, a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery needed. This is complimented by a full-size dining table and chairs. Our spacious lounge/living area provides you with two full size sofas, a Living flame effect fire, 40” flat screen TV with DVD player.
There are two bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with large king size bed, flat screen TV, dressing table, hair dryer, walk in wardrobe/storage space, en suite toilet, wash hand basin and large shower cubicle with power shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (that can be put together to make a king-size), wardrobe, drawers & bedside table.
The bathroom (opposite bedroom two) is equipped with toilet, wash hand basin and large shower cubicle with power shower.
The patio doors lead onto the decking area which includes patio furniture set which is ideal for alfresco dining or just evenings relaxing with your favourite tipple.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided. Just bring towels and tea towels please. An airer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also provided for use. All gas & electricity is included. Our home is alarmed and linked directly to park security for peace of mind.
Bookings & Conditions
We take weekly/fortnightly bookings (Saturday to Saturday) during peak times, but can accommodate weekend and mid-week breaks outside of these times. Please contact us for availability. Check in is from 4pm and the holiday home must be vacated by 10am. When the holiday home has been fully prepared for you a key release code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our home. However we cannot guarantee that there has not been a pet in the holiday home.
Our holiday home is strictly non-smoking.
We only let to couples and families therefore abiding by park rules.
Funworks passes for access to swimming pools & main live entertainment may be purchased from reception - they are not included in the caravan rental price.
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Monthly payments plans can be arranged.
A £150 Good Housekeeping and Key Bond will also be required, refundable within 14 days of the end of your holiday if you leave our home as you find it.
We require the names and addresses of all occupants of our holiday home for confirmation of booking allowing us to complete a key release form confirming your stay with the park management and meeting health & safety requirements.

There are so many activities to enjoy on & off site. You are less than a 5 minute walk away from the central amenities which offers daytime and evening entertainment for all the family, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, adventure golf, bars, restaurants, food takeaway shops and a convenience store.
Access to the evening entertainment complex and swimming pools requires the purchase of Funworks passes which are available on site directly from Haven.
With fabulous views along the way via the coastal path (or the beach if the tide is out) you can walk to Perranporth within 20 - 30 minutes (alternative 5 minute drive) and enjoy the amenities the town offers, including shops, park areas, bars and restaurants. The Watering hole on the beach is a must visit. It’s a great beach with golden sands, fantastic surfing, body boarding, rock pools and kite flying etc.
Perranporth boasts a championship links golf course just 400 yards from the park entrance, welcomes non-members and offers fantastic views across Perranporth and the north Cornwall coast. There is also a riding school close by.
Further afield there are many attractions to visit including The Eden Project, St. Michael's Mount, The Minack theatre, Newquay with its zoo and famous Fistral & Watergate Bay surfing beaches, St Ives (the Tate gallery), Land’s End and Truro for those who wish to shop.
