Caravan Description

Welcome to our modern, 3 bedroom Swift holiday home (2016) which is set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the award winning Perran Sands Holiday Park. From here, you can meander through the sand dunes which are set all around the Haven holiday park, visit the magnificent 3 miles long beach, walk into Perranporth village or follow the South West Coast Path to a Holywell Bay and beyond.

Our ‘Prestige’ holiday home has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people (but not 6 adults). It has a master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is also a travel cot and mini (Chicco) highchair should you require one.

Bed linen is not included in the standard price but can be hired for £30. Not only does having bed linen included mean one less thing to pack, but more importantly all the beds will all be made up when you arrive. If however you want to keep costs to a minimum, duvets and pillows are provided and you can bring your own bed linen.

The spacious living room has a 40" TV with Chromecast (for best results, pre downloaded movies work best), flame effect electric heater, coffee table with four footstools and a Bluetooth built in audio speaker system. You will also find a selection of games and books for your family to enjoy.

In the master bedroom there is a 22" TV, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space.

The 2 twin bedrooms also have plenty of storage and if required, the twin beds can be pushed together to turn them into double beds.

There are two bathrooms, one with a heated towel rail and walk in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, a fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, oven and hob and all utensils you require for your holiday.

Outside our caravan you have a private parking space big enough for two cars. The patio area has a large picnic table which seats eight. The outdoors trunk contains games and beach items (no need to worry if you haven’t got room for the bucket and spades). We’re very lucky to have a large, level grassy area for your children to play at the side and behind our caravan.

There is free WIFI in our caravan, however please note, it is dependable on signal strength which can vary. It is best used for surfing the net and social media (it is not suitable for streaming or gaming).

Although our bookings are set at 7 nights, we may accommodate 3 and 4 night holidays outside of the peak season (school holidays), please email for more information.

At the entrance to Perran Sands Holiday Park, there are regular buses towards Newquay or Perranporth and Truro.

PLEASE NOTE

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with full payment being required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday,

All bookings require a £100 security bond which will be refunded within 7 days of departure, providing there has been no breakages or damage.

Haven ‘Play Passes’ are not included on our price. These passes allow you access to the evening entertainment in the club house and to the heated indoor and outdoor pool which also has a lazy river (May to September). Play passes can be purchased separately online or at reception when you arrive. However, there are lots of other activities available that do not require a Play Pass.

Duvets and pillows are provided but duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets are not, towels and tea towels are also not provided.

We do not accept all same sex group bookings, Hen or Stag parties (Haven rules)
