This caravan is an extra wide (14 feet), Delta Superior caravan located in Fistral area of Trevella Holiday Park, offering fantastic views across fields towards Pentire and Newquay. With full width French sliding glass doors out onto the decking the lounge is always flooded with light.
Benefits of this holiday home:
- Off-road level parking area for up to two cars next to the caravan
- Two bedrooms: 1 x king size (TheraPur pocket sprung mattress, smart TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room) and 1 x twin room (beds set up in an L shape giving more floor space)
- Two shower rooms, including basin and WC (one en-suite to Master bedroom)
- Open-plan living room / dining area with recliner 3 seater sofa and armchair. Kitchen partially separated from living area
- Gas oven and hob, microwave, large American fridge/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, iron, clothes airer, hair dryer, smart TV & DVD player
- Huge wrap around decking with stunning views across towards the Gannel and onwards to Pentire.
- 2 sunbeds and a picnic bench with cushions on the decking
- Maximum 2 dogs accepted (£15 fee) - the park will not accept banned breeds on park
There is the added bonus of dedicated Wi-Fi using a 4G router that provides unlimited data - allowing you to sign into your TV viewing services via the smart TV in lounge and master bedroom
Bed linen is included, with beds made for arrival (towels are not included - but can be provided for a small additional fee).
We have only listed 7 night prices - please contact us for prices for shorter stays. For 3 &4 night stays bed linen is not included as standard.
Outside there is a large wrap-around decking area with picnic bench seating 4 plus a further 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, outside tap with hose and spray nozzle to clean wet suits and muddy boots.
Sorry, NO smoking in the caravan OR on the decking. Park rules state no same sex groups and lead booker must be over 21; no electric vehicle charging of any sort from the caravan. There is a electric vehicle charging point at Reception.

2 fishing lakes 4 min walk from the caravan - free to use, but you must have an Environment Agency rod licence.
20 minute walk to The Gannel Estuary via footpaths and then onwards to Crantock beach or across the river (ferry available during summer at high tide!) to Newquay / Fistral via the Fern Pit Cafe steps!
Local Area
You are ideally place for exploring the expansive coastline boasting areas such as the St. Agnes Heritage Coast, Godrevy Coast and The Roseland Heritage Coast.
The spectacular attractions of the Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium and Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm and beaches of Newquay, Porth and Watergate Bay are all within easy reach. Lake View is the perfect base for families looking to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer.
About the Location – CRANTOCK
Crantock Beach 1.3 miles, Newquay 2.7 miles; Perranporth 14 miles. Crantock village centre is just under 1 mile away.
The closest pubs and restaurants are The Albion and The Cornishman. The neighbouring town of Newquay offers a diverse choice of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. There is a ferry that runs from Crantock beach across to Pentire during the summer. It is approx 20 mins walk down through the fields beyond Trevella to the Gannel Estuary. From here you can spend hours exploring the rock pools at low tide or wander up to the beach. It is worth checking out the tide times before going down. These can be found online.
A great base for exploring all Cornwall has to offer.
