Caravan Description

This caravan is an extra wide (14 feet), Delta Superior caravan located in Fistral area of Trevella Holiday Park, offering fantastic views across fields towards Pentire and Newquay. With huge French sliding glass doors out onto the decking the lounge is always flooded with light.

Benefits of this holiday home:

- Off-road level parking area for up to two cars next to the caravan
- Two bedrooms: 1 x king size (TheraPur pocket sprung mattress, smart TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room) and 1 x twin room (beds set up in an L shape giving more floor space)
- Two shower rooms, including basin and WC (one en-suite to Master bedroom)
- Open-plan living room / dining area with recliner 3 seater sofa and armchair. Kitchen partially separated from living area
- Gas oven and hob, microwave, large American fridge/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, iron, clothes airer, hair dryer, smart TV & DVD player
- Huge wrap around decking with stunning views across towards the Gannel and onwards to Pentire.

There is the added bonus of dedicated Wi-Fi using a 4G router that provides unlimited data - allowing you to sign into your TV viewing services via the smart TV in lounge and master bedroom

Bed linen is included, with beds made for arrival (towels are not included - but can be provided for a small additional fee).
We have only listed 7 night prices - please contact us for prices for shorter stays. For 3 &4 night stays bed linen is not included as standard.

Outside there is a large wrap-around decking area with picnic bench seating 4 plus a further 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, outside tap with hose and spray nozzle to clean wet suits and muddy boots.

Sorry, NO smoking in the caravan OR on the decking. Park rules state no same sex groups and lead booker must be over 21; no electric vehicle charging of any sort from the caravan. There is a electric vehicle charging point at Reception.

We have a further 4 caravans available for hire, one other holiday home at Trevella and three are located at White Acres Holiday Park - Ref - 10247, 10247b, 10247c, and 10247d.

Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT
• To secure your booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £50

PAYMENTS
• The outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, then payment in full is required.
• We require a £50 refundable security bond to be paid in addition to the holiday cost. This will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of your departure if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage. The caravan and contents will be checked after departure and any items missing or any damage to the caravan or its contents must be paid for in full. The hirer must inform the owners of any breakages, faults or problems as soon as possible. Photographs will be taken to ensure that there is no misunderstanding.

CANCELLATION
• If you cancel your holiday the following deductions with apply:
• If you cancel anytime up to 7 weeks prior to arrival - full deposit retained.
• If you cancel after this 100% of hire charge will be retained.
• We would suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs
• The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking should there be any equipment failure or damage by previous users which isn’t repairable in time. In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
• Check in time is 4pm. As soon as the caravan is ready for you, we will call to let you know.
• Check in process and key handover procedure will be emailed over the week prior to your holiday starting.
• Please vacate the caravan by 9am on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement for a later departure has been arranged (this may incur additional cost).
• Our aim is to hire caravans of a very high standard that are cleaned to a very high standard; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a service. To help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are renting, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.
• Ensure that you return the keys to the lock box on departure

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
• The park strictly prohibits the charging of any electric vehicle from the domestic supply within the caravan.
• If you breach this rule, we reserve the right to withhold your security bond to cover our costs
