To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
The villa is set into the wooded slopes of the picturesque valley of Millendreath Holiday Village, Nr Looe. This makes it a ideal base to explore Cornwall.
The brick built villa as its own large patio which overlooks the sea and is great for al fresco dining, or just relaxing. Its approximately 200 metres from the beach.
You walk into the large lounge/dining area which has sea and countryside views. There is a dining table with four chairs, a 2 & 3 seater settees, satellite TV (basic channels), DVD player and CD/radio player. .
Free Wi-Fi is available in the villa.
The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, cooker hood, microwave, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for up to 4 persons.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (also with sea and country views), the other with two singles beds. An electric shower over the bath.
There is electric heating in every room with the bathroom having an electric towel rail. Hot water is by electric immersion heater.
The villa has full double glazing and has been redecorated through out this year.
THERE ARE 60 STEPS UP TO THE VILLA, so unfortunately may be unsuitable for the elderly, people with mobility difficulties or very young children. Once at the villa the view is well worth the steps; the patio is fenced and gated with table and chairs.
As of the 1st December 2021 the owners of the site have changed the parking arrangements. You have 30 mins to unload your
Bed linen and Tea towels are supplied but we we do not provided towels.

You have 30 mins to unload your car on the top road,. you will will then have to park in the pay and display carpark on site. The weekly tariff is £20. For short breaks you will have to check rates on the machine.
Dogs are welcome at £20 per stay. The site owners are proposing a restricted dog ban on the beach during certain times, although there are other beaches nearby that are dog friendly if this happens. Please contact us for more details.
Fishing from the beach is not permitted from April 1st to November 1st.
The first £10 of electric is included for 7 night breaks and £5 for short breaks in the price. Electric top-up cards are available from an automated machine on site in multiples of £5, 24 hours a day. The machine only takes cash
