For hire is our three bedroom Alpine Lodge that sleeps six people set in the wooded valley on Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort.

Lodge Description
The Alpine lodge is set in a wooded valley on Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort in Callington, Cornwall.
There are 3 large bedrooms downstairs, the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with over bath shower. There is also a separate shower room with WC and basin. There is a second large bedroom with two 3ft single beds and the smaller 3rd bedroom has two small single beds
Upstairs is the well equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with the lounge/diner with Freeview TV and a DVD player, there are two large sofas, along with a glass door opening onto a large wooden balcony.
Free WiFi, but we have to advice guest that it is wireless and this can cause problems at busy times.
It is a steep walk to the facilities.

Included in the price is bed linen, towels, electric and use of the swimming pools and gym.
Short breaks of 3 nights plus possible. Short breaks and weekly breaks arrival dates can be any day of the week

About the Area
Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort offers many facilities on site, including a bar/restaurant, heated outdoor pool (summer only), indoor heated pool with children's splash pool (open all year), a games room, and fitness centre.There is also 2 children's play area and outdoor tennis court.
Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort is set in the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall/Devon boarder and is ideal as a base to visit both counties.
There are a number of National Trust and English Heritage properties to visit and enjoy within the area, including nearby Cothele House and Launceston Castle, to name just two.
Within a 30 minute drive you can visit either the north or south coast of Cornwall, as well as the Naval town of Plymouth with its shops, restaurants and Aquarium.
For golf lovers St Mellion Golf course is a 10 minute drive away.
This is an ideal location for family holidays with children during school holidays. During the other weeks it is perfect for people that like to walk, cycle or just relax in this beautiful and quiet valley.
