Our pet friendly holiday home is situated on the edge of the Tamar Valley at Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort. It is a detached holiday home with its own fenced decking area & fields behind offering views of the Tamar Valley & Dartmoor in the distance.
This is a great base for visiting all the local attractions, for walkers, couples and families. We have reduced are prices on this holiday home to help those on a lower budget buy not having the use of the swimming pools and gym.
On the ground floor there is a hallway with a doors to a shower room/toilet and a bedroom with a double bed.
Off the hallway you walk into a lounge/dining room. In the lounge end there is a corner settee, a 3 seater settee and a Smart TV with Freeview channels. The dining table at the other end, has seating for 6. Patio doors lead out to the decking where you can eat al fresco.
The fully fitted kitchen is off the dining room and includes a fridge/freezer, full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus many extras.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom and two large bedrooms. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, along with a toilet and wash basin. The 2 large bedrooms comprise of one with two single beds and one with a double bed, as well as lovely views over the countryside.
There is free Wi-Fi in the lodge, but we have to advise guests that it is wireless and this can cause problems at busy times.
All rooms have electric heating.
Bed Linen and towels supplied.

Short breaks of 3 nights plus possible. Short breaks and weekly breaks arrival dates can be any day of the week.
£50 DISCOUNT FOR COUPLES ON A 7 NIGHT HOLIDAY.
We ask for a £150 security deposit which is refundable as per terms and conditions which will be sent to you or please ask.

We are happy to accept payment in instalments.

Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort is set in the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall/Devon border, so is an ideal base from which to explore both counties. There are a number of National Trust and English Heritage properties to visit and enjoy within the area, including nearby Cothele House and Launceston Castle, to name just two.
Within a 30 minute drive you can visit either the north or south coast of Cornwall, as well as the Naval town of Plymouth with its shops, restaurants and Aquarium.
For golf lovers, St Mellion Golf course is a 10 minute drive away.
This is an ideal location for family holidays with children during school holidays. During the other weeks it is perfect for people that like to walk, cycle or just relax in this beautiful and quiet valley.
