Our Alpine lodge for holiday rental, is set in a wooded valley on Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort, near Callington in Cornwall, It also benefits from having free Wi-Fi.

Lodge Description
Primrose Lodge, is set in a wooded valley on Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort, near Callington in Cornwall,
There are 3 large bedrooms downstairs; the main bedroom having an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a separate shower room with WC and basin. The second large bedroom as two 3ft single beds, the 3rd smaller bedroom as two small singles,
Upstairs is the well equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. From April there will also be a washing machine and dishwasher. There is the large lounge/diner. room which as plenty of room for 6 people to sit and relax on the two large sofas and the dining table sits 6 easy.. Also in the lounge is a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games .
From the lounge/dining room there is a glass door opening onto a large wooden balcony with a patio table, 6 chairs and a parasol.
There is free WiFi in the lodge, but we have to advice guest that it is wireless and this can cause problems at busy times.

About the Area
Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort offers many facilities on site, including a bar/restaurant, heated outdoor pool (summer only), indoor heated pool with children's splash pool (open all year), a games room, and fitness centre.There is also a two children's play area and outdoor tennis court.
Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort is set in the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall/Devon boarder and is ideal as a base to visit both counties.
There are a number of National Trust and English Heritage properties to visit and enjoy within the area, including nearby Cothele House and Launceston Castle, to name just two.
Within a 30 minute drive you can visit either the north or south coast of Cornwall, as well as the Naval town of Plymouth with its shops, restaurants and Aquarium.
For golf lovers St Mellion Golf course is a 10 minute drive away.
This is an ideal location for family holidays with children during school holidays. During the other weeks it is perfect for people that like to walk, cycle or just relax in this beautiful and quiet valley.
