Cottage Description

Our cottage holiday home on Honicombe Manor Holiday Park, has a reverse level interior with outstanding views over the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor.

Use of the pool and gym is included in the hire of our holiday cottage,

It is a level walk from our cottage to the on site facilities.

We also own the cottage next door so two families can come together but be near each other.

As you walk in to the hallway or our cottage the doors on the ground floor lead off to the bedrooms, shower room and a sperate bathroom.

To make the most of the outstanding views, the living area is upstairs, where you find a large lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen comes complete with built-in double oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table is large enough to sit 6 people, with patio doors leading out to a balcony and those outstanding views. Under the stairs is a full size washing machine.

The lounge area has a spacious corner unit to relax on whilst watching the Smart TV, or enjoying one of the selection of DVDs we have available. There's a 2 seater settee by the large window for you to sit with a book (selection of books left for guests' use), or just relax looking at the views. The upstairs of the holiday home as a mixture of modern and rustic layout.

There is free Wi-Fi in the cottage. but we have to advise guests that it is wireless and this can cause problems at busy times.

Back downstairs, In the bathroom is a full size bath with an electric shower, a toilet, full size wash basin and an electric towel rail. The shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet, small wash basin and electric towel rail.

The large bedroom has a double and child's single bed , while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Included in the price is bed linen, towels and electric .

You are able to use the swimming pools and gym whilst saying in our holiday home, but not with the one next door, so if there are two families please take note.

Honicombe Manor Holiday Park is an ideal location for family holidays with children during school holidays. During the other weeks it is perfect for people that like to walk, cycle or just relax in this beautiful and quiet valley.

Short breaks of 3 nights plus possible. Short breaks and weekly breaks arrival dates can be any day of the week.

We ask for a £150 security deposit which is refundable as per terms and conditions which will be sent to you or please ask.

We will take payments by instalments.
