Cottage Description

Our cottage holiday home on Honicombe Manor Holiday Park, has a reverse level interior with outstanding views over the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor.
It is a level walk to the facilities.
We also own the cottage next door so two families can come together but be near each other.
You walk in to the hallway with doors off to the bedrooms, shower room and a sperate bathroom. Then walk upstairs to a large lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with built in double oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table is large enough to sit 6 people, with patio doors out to a balcony where you can get the views. Under the stairs is a full size washing machine.
The lounge area as a spacious corner unit to relax on to watch the smart TV, there is a DVD player, and a selection of DVD'S. There is a 2 seater settee by the large window for you to sit with a book, there is a selection of books left for guest, or just relax by just looking at the views. The upstairs of the holiday home as a mixture of modern and rustic layout.
There is free Wi-Fi in the lodge. but we have to advice guest that it is wireless and this can cause problems at busy times.
There is a full size bath with an electric shower, toilet, a full size wash basin and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. The shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet, small wash basin and electric towel rail.
The large bedroom has a double and single bed in it . The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Included in the price is bed linen, towels and electric . You are able to use the swimming pools and gym. with this holiday home but not with the one next door, so if there are two families please take note.

This is an ideal location for family holidays with children during school holidays. During the other weeks it is perfect for people that like to walk, cycle or just relax in this beautiful and quiet valley.

Short breaks of 3 nights plus possible. Short breaks and weekly breaks arrival dates can be any day of the week.

We ask for a £150 security deposit which is refundable as per terms and conditions which will be sent to you or please ask.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN HOLIDAY HOME.

We will take payments by instalments.

We also have a holiday home at Millendreath Cornwall Ref: C2130 and another 4 holiday homes at Honicombe Manor Ref: 7047. 7047b and 7047c. We have another 2 bedroom holiday home next door to this property, ideal for 2 families when on holiday.

Terms & Conditions

We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the holiday and balance paid 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday.

Bookings taken under 6 weeks from start of holiday to be paid in full.

A £150 damage/security deposit is required prior to the stay, which is fully refundable after inspection of the holiday home with it being left clean/tidy, it does not have to be spotless, no damage, rubbish bags are taken to site bins, return of keys, bedlinen and towels put in bags supplied where applicable.
We will charge £10 a rubbish bag left and £5 per bed to strip the beds if this is not done.
Strictly no smoking or vaping allowed inside the holiday home.
Problems with the holiday home must be reported to us with in 24 hours of arrival or first discovered by telephone, not text or email.. if there is a serious problem you must let us or our agent in to check it with you.

No directions to holiday home will be given until full payment and security deposit is received.

Your security deposit will be refunded normally within 14 days after your holiday, if the above is complied with.

No disposable BBQ allowed onsite. This a site rule and is for everyone’s Health and safety.

Dogs must be always kept under control and must not be left in holiday home or on the patio unattended.

Certain breed of dogs is not allowed on site.

Make yourself aware of the site's rules and obey signs.

We are unable to take underage groups.

No charging of electric cars from the holiday home, photos are being taken and security deposit will not be refunded
