Our cottage holiday home on Honicombe Manor Holiday Park, has a reverse level interior with outstanding views over the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor. We also own the cottage next door so two families can come together but be near each other.
You walk in to the hallway with doors off to the bedrooms, shower room and a sperate bathroom. Then walk upstairs to a large lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with built in double oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table is large enough to sit 6 people if you have guests with patio doors out to a balcony where you get the views. Under the stairs is a full size washing machine.
The lounge area as a smart TV, DVD player, 2 large 3 seater settees, plus a 2 seater settee for you to sit and look at the views. There is free Wi-Fi in the lodge.
There is a full size bath with an electric shower, toilet, a full size wash basin and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. The shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and small wash basin.
A large double bedroom has a door out to a small decking area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
It is a level walk to the facilities.
Included in the price is bed linen, towels, electric and site pass to use facilities.
This is an ideal location for family holidays with children during school holidays. During the other weeks it is perfect for people that like to walk, cycle or just relax in this beautiful and quiet valley.
Short breaks from £70 per night, a minimum of 3 nights.

We ask for a £100 security deposit which is refundable as per terms and conditions which will be sent to you or please ask.
We will take payments by instalments.
